Welcome to Uptown Cowboy! With a nod to Sedona's Wild West past, this Beautifully updated townhome delights w/ Old West decor. Warm & inviting living room with fireplace, Huge HD TV & open kitchen w/Barnwood Bar. All NEW appliances with a fully stocked kitchen to prepare a great meal. Large Primary King suite with walk in closet and private balcony to enjoy the Red Rock Views...which is a MUST SEE at Sunset when the Red Rocks GLOW. Spacious bathroom with tub and shower are shared with the Open loft area which has a desk and a Trundle Bed that pulls out with 2 comfy twin beds. 2 CAR Garage and easy on site parking. Full size Washer/Dryer. Barbeque grill. Parklike Front yard with sitting areas and large shady trees. Truly the BEST location in Uptown! Just a Short Walk to shops, restaurants, museums & great trails! Home is even nicer than the pictures.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Return the garage door opener, and the parking pass!!
Start the towels in the washer.
Turn off the AC or heat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
At check in, advise if anything is unclean or broken. Quiet times from 9 pm to 8 am. Turn on bath fan when showering. Moving furniture is $100.
Roll tightly strapped trash can to curb Sunday evening. Roll back on Monday. No parties. If extra cleaning fees are charged, they pass to guest.
Check out is 10 AM…Please let us know if leaving earlier. If time, please launder towels and leave in dryer. Return door opener and parking pass

The property was located in a great spot, walking distance to shopping, and restaurants.The area was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The host left some great suggestions of things to do and see in the area and even left a park pass to get into the parks in the area for free. We had an excellent vacation!

The Uptown Cowboy was a great condo, very comfy and great location. We were a .4 mile walk from the shops and restaurants in uptown Sedona. The condo had everything we needed including a great view from the balcony. Shelly checked in to make sure everything was okay, which I thought was nice. I would definitely book again if we head out that way.

Beautiful deck view, and beautiful front yard setting. Unit very nicely appointed with upgraded furniture and decor. Locationvery convenient with brewery across the road and other attractions with them walking distance, including the town trolley.only negative thing I can say is I was not happy about having to wash and dry the towels. Throwing them into the wash machine is one thing having to stay to throw them into the dryer is another but definitely would stay here again.

Great Trip

We had a great stay at Uptown Cowboy. The place is located in a quiet part of town and is so cute and comfortable. It was a plus to be walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. After long days of sightseeing we rested comfortably in the king size bed. We would definitely stay here again.
