About Genna Adams

I have been a resident of the Sedona area for thirty three years! I was born and raised in San Jose, California where I attended San Jose State University. I have worn many hats in the field of education and felt fortunate to work with children and young adults improving their literacy skills. I received my Masters degree from Northern Arizona University that allowed me to further learn about my passion for reading. I have a wonderful husband that I have been married to for thirty five years. He has a construction company that he's been the president of for the past thirty years. I have two children, a son, and a daughter. Both are graduates of the University of Arizona! I feel fortunate to have raised my children in a beautiful area that our family considers our home.

Perfect Phoenix Getaway

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at the Peach Tree Inn for 2 nights in early August. We were looking for a quick, last minute getaway From Phoenix. This house was perfect! We have stayed at VRBO rentals before and this was by far the cleanest! Which made me feel bad about bringing 2 toddlers in to. But, the kids loved it! Especially picking peaches off the tree and the adorable coffee shop 2 doors down that had a play area for them to enjoy while we enjoyed our coffee. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

I'm glad that you could enjoy relaxing while your children played. I look forward to having you as a guest again. Thanks for the nice review.

Perfect place!

  • 5 of 5

This was perfect for our group - 2 couples. The location of the Peach Tree Inn is perfect. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, but we were impressed with how close it was to all the fabulous Sedona hiking - which is how we spent most of our time. Genna recommended the Brins Mesa trail near the property and it was exactly as she described - fantastic! Thank you, Genna.

The property was conveniently located to everything, clean, comfortable and had incredible views in every direction.

We would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute and well maintained property close to everything

  • 5 of 5

Peach Tree Inn was great. Quiet, but close to everything, especially the Uptown Sedona area. We were also moments from hikes and there's even a view from the front patio. Place was clean and well maintained. Only complaints: no bath soap in the bathroom and the sponge in the kitchen was extremely old and smelly so that it couldn't be used. Otherwise, perfect!

We absolutely loved the Peach Tree Inn. We stayed with another couple and the space was perfect. Everything that was explained in the description was absolutely spot on. We were literally just a few blocks from Sedona, the perfect walking distance. During our adventurous trip we visited South Rim of Grand Canyon (2:30 hour drive), Antelope Canyon (3 hour drive), Chapel of the Holy Cross (25 minute drive), and Slippery Rock state park (15 minute drive). We absolutely loved morning coffee on the porch and well as evening drinks. We will definitely be returning to visit Sedona as well as staying at the Peach Tree Inn.

Beautiful relaxing getaway

  • 5 of 5

Had such a great stay at the Peach Tree Inn, I only wish it could've lasted longer. Sedona is obviously awesome but between horseback riding, ATV-ing and wine tasting, my favorite part was just coming home in the evening to chill and relax on the patio. This house has THREE patios each with equally different and beautiful views. Sedona calls itself a "dark skies community" which means there's little to no light pollution at night, and staying at this house really amplifies that experience! Do yourself a favor and hang out on the patio at night just to see how bright the stars can get. Super cool, especially for someone like me who lives in a big metro city with constant light and noise. We had a couple wildlife visitors at the Peach Tree Inn, too - few friendly local cats and even a javelina family made an appearance (they were so skittish and kept their distance though). The house is in a great area, check out the coffee shop two doors down or walk a few short blocks and you're in the uptown area with lots of little stores and restaurants. Thanks for making everything so comfortable and perfect for our trip. I hope we can visit again soon!
