Everything was amazing! Had to contact the host about a few things and they were super responsive! We booked for Christmas and even answered during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Beautiful property with Shaw and a small mart 5 min drive! Amazing all around!

Family weekend getaway

My family and I had a wonderful weekend stay! The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and perfect for gathering across generations. Alex and Kaleen were super friendly and responsive from the initial inquiry, leading up the the stay, during and upon check out to ensure everything went smoothly. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing House!

My large family loved the house and the location. Lots to do in the surrounding areas, the house was clean and so much space! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the lake was beautiful.

House is amazing. Lots of space and all the amenities you could ask for. Pool and hot tub were used and perfect. Host couldn't have been more accommodating - Alex went out of his way to help with kayaks and arranging a same day purchase and drop off. Very much appreciated!

Family time

Looking for a place that will comfortable hold 10 adults & some littles. This is the place! We needed at least 6 bedrooms - from booking until leaving - everything was handled perfectly. Lots of fun family time & the house was perfect for our larger group. Would definitely recommend & go again.

Family Christmas Gathering

We had a great stay, very spacious house. Great communication with owner. Hot tub was a fun perk. Kids loved the pool table. Plenty of bedrooms and seating for meals. Close to lots of shopping and a theater.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family of 14 - 8 adults and 6 children - enjoyed a wonderful week at this Sanford, Maine home. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool and hot tub were a big hit as well as the corn hole game. Shopping was close by as was an arcade with multiple activities and a park for the kids to enjoy.Communication with Alex and Kaleen was great! From when we first booked and through our stay they were very responsive!Thank you for a terrific family vacation!

Relaxing, perfect stay

This house is amazing ! There are huge windows all over with a beautiful view of the lake. We had so much fun in the pool and hot tub and basement and huge common spaces. The house comfortably fit 21 people, the beds were insanely comfortable as well. Alex is super sweet and bought us snacks and drinks and checked in to make sure we had everything we need. BOOK THIS HOUSE !!!!!

Wonderful Location for a Large Family Celebration Weekend

We just had a wonderful weekend celebrating my parents' 70th anniversary and 90th birthdays and we couldn't have asked for a more suitable vacation house for the whole family - all 22 of us! The large living room with cathedral ceilings upstairs and the second large family room downstairs were both great for our group activities, all the rooms were comfortable, four well located bathrooms, and the large kitchen and dining room area fit us all. Even though it was only in the mid 60s, we were able to use the heated pool and hot tub, fire pit and even the corn hole game! Great location, too!

Beautiful, private, convenient stay

Beautiful home that fit all our friends! The backyard is entirely private, but the home is minutes away from town. The hot tub was the main event for us, and it worked perfectly. One of our friends is in a wheelchair, and she said it was the most accessible place she has stayed with us (the first floor is almost entirely flat, wide doorframes, accessible bathroom, two steps into the house that she used a ramp for). The host was incredibly communicative.

The photos did not prepare us for what we found when we entered the property. The great room was perfect for our needs with three kids 3 and younger. Close the doors and it became a massive playroom. Seating was sufficient for the adults although another chair or two would have helped. TV was large and with our four families we had access to all of the streaming services allowing our World Cup fanatics be as happy as Wimbledon fans and kids watching Paw Patrol. The kitchen was large with more seating than our group of 12 needed. We have vacationed together for years and no kitchen can top this with cups, plates and kitchen appliances and tools. The pool and hot tub got plenty of use by all including 13 year old grandson working on his dives, 3 year old swimming with his muscles float and 18 month old twins with their first experience. Bedrooms were good size especially the master suite. Bathrooms were shared without issues. Plenty of outdoor space and even a pond with a couple of kayaks although we didn’t take advantage. Over the course of the week we had a few minor issues and messaged regarding those issues. Not only was the response very quick and positive but three different people were sent to the house to take care of the issues. I was very impressed. There was a great supermarket less than a mile from the house and Shaines was an excellent ice cream shop. We traveled to Ogunqit, Wells, Kennebunkport and Old Orchard Beach easily. Highly recommended this house.

Perfect House for Maine Getaway!!!

We were looking for a house with a private pool, hot tub, and pond access. But the house needed to accommodate 20 of us and a few dogs!!!! This house was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably and a great pool area that was fenced in! The kitchen was great and there was enough room for everyone to hangout together. There were also some fun local places to visit if you wanted to spend some time away from the house. Golf courses close by, a movie theater, bowling alley, arcade less than 1/2 mile from the house and a grocery store and some restaurants less than a mile away! The host was available throughout our stay and the communication was great! We would highly recommend this house to all!!!
