Lovely hiking vacation in a lovely house

Our group gave unanimous praise for comfort and roominess and location. The kitchen allowed for multiple cooks, the furniture was just right, and the bedding was excellent. Last but not least, the bathrooms were spacious and well-equipped. Just one quibble: reading lamps in the living room would have been nice. The overhead lighting was harsh and hard on the eyes. Adrian was quickly responsive to our request for a replacement fan in the master bedroom. The air conditioning in that room couldn’t quite handle the hot weather, but with the fan, we were quite comfortable.

This place was perfect for our dad plus kids trip. Two adults and 4 kids were very happy!

This was a great experience all around. I would consider renting this property again. It’s literally 3 minutes from the California lodge at heavenly. The garage was great to keep the car out of the cold. The kids enjoyed the wii and snowball makers. Plenty of room.

Great house minutes away from ski slopes

The house feels spacious, clean and remodeled inside pretty recently. We were 3 couples with kids and it did not feel crowded. Plus there plenty of games and entertainment options for the little ones. Moreover, the house is located just 0.5 miles from the Heavenly California side, which makes it extremely convenient for skiing. Overall a great experience! We will definitely repeat if we go back to Tahoe.

Great location. Great house

The house was perfect for our ski trip. Great location - so close to the lifts. The house was very clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Great home with awesome location

First off the home is super close to the CA Heavenly Lodge, we saw many people walking past the home. We still drove in since our kids are pretty young, but it was great since we went up to ski. The house is very large and comfortable with a huge dining table. The back yard is really large and has a small hill which we used for sledding. I was able to watch the playoffs on the large TV while the kids played in the backyard. Would stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

My group of friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. Big spacious house with plenty of room for the 8 of us. Really close to the heavenly California lodge as well as restaurants and casino. Thorough instructions for all amenities and appliances. Overall I would definitely come back!

Excellent location

The house is very comfortable. The pics do not do it justice, it is much nicer. It is located just off ski run blvd, and within 5 minutes of the main strip in Tahoe. The AC was welcome on the few warm days we experienced. We have stayed here two years in a row and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved the location and the house was nice. The owner was quick to respond to questions and needs that we had. The ping pong table was a hit with the 11 and 9 year old boys!

girls weekend- perfect place

perfect place to spend a weekend celebrating 40 years of friendship with my girlfriends. very spacious. nice area outdoors to eat and take in the tahoe air! perfect location. easy check in and check out process. owners very responsive. already planning to come back and stay here next year!

Perfect Rental

We were in town for a wedding at Heavenly. This rental was just a mile to Heavenly and very close to Lake Tahoe Blvd, restaurants, lake access, etc. Everything we needed was within 5 miles of the house. The house was clean and stocked with the basics. The 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms were perfect for our group of 6. Beds were comfortable! The ping pong table, foosball and cabinet of games was fun and a nice addition. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect spot for our group near CA Lodge at Heavenly.

This house was the perfect set up for our group (3 couples, and 3 small children), and we would love to rent here again. Unlike other places we have stayed with enough bedrooms for this many people, this house also had ample kitchen, dining, and living space for everyone to get together. And, the kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes, platters, pots, etc. for serving large family meals. As a bonus, the kids were well entertained by the foosball table and pre-saved movies on the DVR. The house was clean and properly stocked with towels for the amount of people. Finally, the host communicated quickly and clearly. All-in-all a great stay.

Awesome Home Great access to slopes

Great house for a ski vacation. Easy to get to the slopes. House is immaculate. Brand new floors, very well maintained. Kitchen had everything you will need. We got over 50 inches of snow on our weekend and the driveway was cleared every morning. I highly recommend this house!

Our family had a great time at the house

Our children really enjoy the entertainment in the house such as the ping pong, video game...I also didn’t plan on doing any kind of cooking, but after seeing the kitchen and everything that was there, there was no way I could resist.

Very up to date. Air Conditioning was a great feature. Busy street with lots of traffic on 4th of July. Owner available and quite helpful. Location is close to town. We walked down to the parade and beach.

Wonderful home in a wonderful location!

Three generations of family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is well equipped, exceptionally clean, and located close to everything. I especially loved the table seating all 10 of us at one time. Adrian made the rental process very efficient and communicating regularly with me was much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this wonderful home to others as well.

Beautiful house at a very convenient location

We were a group of 10 (including a 1 year old) and we couldn't have asked for a better house. The house was clean, well kept and had everything we needed for the weekend trip. The location is super convenient and very close to the downtown/Heavenly ski resort. Not to forget, Adrian is a very good host, understanding and flexible. All in all, i would highly recommend this to everyone.

Excellent location and accomodations

We were very pleased with our stay and this is one of those instances where I think the pictures don't do the space justice, since the main floor's open out design is hard to capture. The rooms were great, beds were comfortable, and the place had a nice comfortable feel to it. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

Loved It and Would Stay Again In a Heartbeat!

1. Adrian was always responsive with all modes of communication. 2. The house was even better than it could be portrayed on the website. 3. The beds were comfy. 4. The living room and great room area were spacious and allowed for excellent visiting while we all still had our own space. 5. The kitchen was stocked like a model home. There was even a big rice cooker that my husband used to make rice for musubis. 6. Spacious garage and plenty of parking. 7. Lots of light even on the storming days. 8. Would be great if going to Heavenly. I walked to one of the entrances in just a few minutes. Less great if wanting to not get in a car to go to town--simply because of the steep hills. 9. I loved it, made great memories there, and celebrated my husband and his dad's completion of their fourth Tour de Tahoe!

Perfect for a family gathering

We had a group of 9, including 3 kids under 7 and 2 grandparents -- the layout of the house worked perfectly for us (grandparents could stay on first floor with only 2 steps to get to room; kids could be upstairs asleep and adults could be downstairs enjoying the evening). The house is incredibly well kept, in a convenient location and the owner is very helpful/responsive. We hope to stay here again soon!

We chose this location due to its proximity to Heavenly's California lodge. It's a pretty easy walk or drive to the lifts, or just stand on the corner and wait for Heavenly's shuttles to pick you up. Ski Run Marina/Beach is also within walking distance.

Snowplows! Needle Peak and Ski Run Blvd get constant attention from the plows during major storms. You'll never be more than 20 feet from a plowed street, no matter how big the storm is.
