Beachfront condo on the 4th floor. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This spacious unit will comfortably sleep 7 in beds plus 2 on sleeper sofa for a total of 9. The beach and beachside pool are just steps away from your balcony.All photos are from this exact unit and were taken recently!

Please be aware that during the summer, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

LOCATION:
On Thomas Drive, this unit sits right on the beach on the quiet end of Panama City. You are just minutes away from Pier Park via Back Beach Road buy you can avoid the traffic , noise and parking decks of Front Beach Road.

WHO MAY RENT:
Families and Retirees are welcome. NO SPRING BREAKERS PLEASE! The Watercrest is a quiet family oriented complex. We have quiet hours after 10 PM that are strictly enforced. It's great for those who want to avoid the loud noise and traffic from party-type places along Front Beach Road or near the Beach-Front bars and restaurants. You must be 25 years of age to rent at The Watercrest. No exceptions. It's a non-smoking, no pets unit!

OUR UNIT:
Our 4TH FLOOR unit Watercrest unit is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms.
This unit is 1440 sq feet! The kitchen is nicely equipped with new pots, pans, utensils, plastic ware, etc.. Fridge has an ice maker, new microwave vent hood, trash compactor, washer & dryer, central air and heat , dishwasher and, garbage disposer. We provide extra compactor bags. We provide all of the soap for the dishwasher. We have installed a nice key pad entry system. You don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only.

We have two gulf front master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One has a King and the other has a Queen. Both have balcony access. The third bedroom has a Queen and a Twin. We also have a sleeper sofa and a baby crib but if you use these, bring your own linens.

THE BALCONY:
The balcony is very large and you can access the balcony from either of the two gulf front master bedrooms or the den. We have a table with 6 sling back chairs as well as two lounge chairs.

AMENITIES:
Free high speed internet is provided.
Each of the three bedrooms have their own bath, stocked with plenty of towels including beach towels for your convenience.
We have smart TVs so use your Hulu or Netflix without casting.
Beach chairs service is available, for a fee, from the service provider from March-October.

We have a good selection of board and card games and over 50 DVD's. We've added a brand new bean bag toss and ring toss beach games for your fun.
You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court and, indoor racquetball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub, men’s and women's fitness rooms each with a dry sauna. There are also charcoal grills on the grounds.

PARKING:
Watercrest parking is stress free. The parking lot has an ample number of spaces. Parking is very near the elevators. You won't find yourself stressed out in a loading/unloading zone. Your rent does not include parking. The HOA handles that and they collect the fees. maximum of three cars per unit are allowed.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT AT THE WATERCREST.

This is the second time we have rented at Watercrest. We had a fabulous time. The 4th floor was perfect for the pool and ocean view. We watched dolphins every morning and the sunsets were beautiful. The space and amenities were just what we expected and we can't wait to come back.

This condo was so perfect for our large crew, very roomy and the best view! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed on the fourth floor and in my opinion it was the best height to see all the beautiful views and not feel like you were too high up! Beds were super comfy and plenty of furniture for everyone to spread out in the evenings! Communication was effortless with the owners and they provided everything we needed and more especially in the kitchen! We will definitely be back!

My experience here was absolutely wonderful! The beach area is extremely clean and convenient, and the complex has several fun amenities, such as the communal pool, hot tub, and tennis court. With these, the beachfront, and all the nearby PCB activities in town, this condominium is perfectly located. The condo is quite clean, has nice bathrooms, and features a beautiful view, especially for sunsets. Carefully decorated, the condo radiates a constant euphoric and soothing calmness.

Great Stay

This is our second stay at the Watercrest, first stay in this rental. We love this location due to its proximity to St. Andrew’s state park, and the amenities at the rental (pool, tennis, beach front, easy beach chair rentals etc.). This rental was great for our family. From the 4th floor we had a great view of the pool and the ocean. The owners were good at communicating and the rental worked really well for our family. I would recommend staying at this rental and I would definitely rent this place again. If you come to PCB, I highly recommend doing a sunset dolphin cruise through St. Andrew’s State park 10/10!

Great place to stay! Owner was very responsive. The condo wasent all the way cleaned, the dryer stopped working as it’s an older model, the main door going outside would not lock (the lock had to be replaced). I feel condos need to be checked after each stay to prevent these issues. After having these issues and me having to go buy things to go on the doors so my 2 year old grandbaby couldn’t get out to the balcony. I was not refunded anything for the inconveniences that I had. On the positive it fit 9 people perfectly fine.

This condo checked all the boxes we had for what we wanted. It was spacious, clean and well stocked with all our cooking needs and then some. Several extras like boxed games. Stuff for the beach. Great Time

Location was great - we were far enough from the heavy traffic to get to the grocery store quickly but only a 25-30 min drive (with traffic) away from Pier Park. We had 5 adults, 2 teens, and a toddler and had plenty of space. Wanda was a pleasure to work with - she was easy to reach and very responsive. The condo itself was close to 2 sets of elevators and being on the 4th floor, taking the stairs wasn't bad. Parking was super easy.

The owners are both CPA's with an eye for detail. We have recently purchased this condo so our calendar shows a lot of availability!
We chose Watercrest because we love their huge floor plans. This 3BR/3BA unit has a whopping 1440 square feet. We love the large balcony and tennis court.
We dislike the parking garages and the hassels of crosswalks of Front Beach Road. You will not hear road noise from your room!
Our desire is to rent condo that exceeds our renter's every expectations. We want you and your family to have the perfect vacation.
Since we live fairly close to PCB, we spend time there ourselves so we find all of those little things like burned out bulbs or squeaky hinges that need attention. This condo is treated as our second home and it shows.

Why they chose this property

Watercrest offers the largest floorplans in PCB. Our unit is 1440 square feet! There are ample parking spaces right in front just steps away from one of the elevators. There are NO GARAGES OR WALKOVERS!
You won't have to park in a loading/unloading zone. You'll park steps away from the elevators.
Watercrest units wrap around a large atrium. The way the building is laid out, the units are set back from the elevators and halls so you won't hear a lot of noise from people coming and going. There are plenty of elevators. There are four elevators and only 10 units per floor! Having such little foot traffic means it quiet which is especially nice if you want to sleep in!
Using Back Beach Road, you can get to Pier Park in minutes, without all of the traffic headaches.
It's simply the best!

What makes this property unique

WATERCREST IS A BEACH FRONT PROPERTY! THE COMPLEX SITS RIGHT ON THE GULF!
Watercrest floorplans, amenities, it's location on the quiet end of the beach make it the ideal condo for your rental. The parking is easy and hassle free. They have tennis, raquetball and shuffle board courts.
If you like to sit near the pool but don't want too much sun, there is a nice covered area with tables and chairs. You can sit in the cool shade and relax and keep an eye on your family.
There are men's and women's fitness rooms which have saunas.
There is a hot tub outside.
The pool is heated in the winter and there is also a kiddy pool.
The 3 BR units have two gulf front master bedrooms that open to the balcony.
One Master has a King, the second has a Queen. There is also a sleeper-sofa. The 3rd Bedroom has one Queen and One Twin. We also have a roll away bed.
All three bedrooms plus the den have flat screen televisons and cable. The den has a new DVD player.
All three bedrooms have their own private bath! No more waiting on a free bathroom!
The kitchen has both bar stools and a table with six chairs.
There are plenty of seating places on the large balcony. The balcony has a direct, unobstructed view of the beach.
Watercrest has only 10 units on each floor. You will be able to find chairs by the pool or on the sunning deck.
There is a beach chair rental company right in front of the building. Chairs are available to rent for a fee.
