Great place to stay close to FGCU

The inside of the house was very clean. We were visiting family at FGCU and it was only a 12 minute drive. Loved the neighborhood, there is a community pool just 4 houses down, we were usually the only ones at that pool, it had lots of lounge chairs in the sun and a shaded area. We preferred the community pool vs the pool at the house.

Clean, well appointed home

The home was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The neighborhood was nicely shaded, clean, and quiet. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is the following reasons: the front door sticks to the point you really have to give it a be push to open and the house has a slight smell of cigarettes.

beautiful home

the a/c needs to be able to go lower temperature & some free standing fans in home incase the ceiling fan clicks at night as did master bedroom one and woke me up often, had to turn off and on to reset it. i advise a few coffee pods in house to get guest started for coffee in morning.

The pool was a refreshing dip to cool off as the weather was getting warmer. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai and playing games. Serenity is the Perfect Name!

I rented this house for my daughter's wedding. A few bridesmaids stayed at the home. But we used it to get the bride and all the bridesmaids ready on the wedding day. The home is furnished beautifully and is in a quiet, tree lined, neighborhood. Everything was clean and felt newly remodeled. The girls that stayed there really enjoyed the pool and loved the home. They said the beds were comfortable. It was well equipped. The local company that manages this property was great - very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. I highly recommend!

Quick Stay in Fort Myers

Overall great property. Would fix the sticking front door, was hard to open. I was unsure how to use the jets on the pool. I was confused by the email saying I needed keys. I went to the office and then read a text saying I didn’t need to. May want to eliminate the email saying to come to the office as it is a little out of the way. Would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a beautiful home, but what really made this experience worth our time was dealing with the rental company itself. The living room T.V. was broken due to a power surge prior to our stay so we were without T.V. for maybe 24 hours and not only was the rental company so quick to inform us and deal with the problem they went above and beyond and compensated us in the form of gift cards. It was just so kind and thoughtful and really unexpected and such a thoughtful thing. They were so easy to deal with and answered any questions we had. The house was beautiful and in an amazing location.

It was a wonderful house, with very helpful and friendly hosts. We had two couples stay with us for a few days each, and they, too, were impressed and comfortable. Having read all previous reviews, we followed the advice to walk down a few houses to the Pavilion, where we did most of our suntanning and enjoyed a dip in the pool. The neighborhood was extremely nice - safe, clean, quiet and perfect for our walks. The other added bonus was the location - so convenient to virtually everything. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend staying here!

Great location! Comfortable house. Communicative hosts. We had a nice stay! We gave a 4 star rating due to the house is ideally set up for short term stays vs longer stays. There is no ‘community cabinet, thus, we needed to stock the kitchen for our longer term stay. Cooking utensils are sparse. Also, there is a faint cigarette smell at the house.
