Beautiful walkout lakefront condo on Lake of the Ozarks surrounded by the quiet State Park. Enjoy beautiful scenery, boating, hiking/bike trails, horseback riding and fishing. Close to Dog Days Bar & Grill, Backwater & Party Cove! Enjoy boating with less traffic than the main channel but close to everything you enjoy. Within the complex enjoy a pool, nice lawn, swing set, fire pit, exercise room, & picnic tables for outdoor dining. There is a boat slip available upon request & additional fee.

It was a great stay, clean and they answered all our questions quickly. Only problems- we couldn't use the patio because it was being fixed (which it never got fixed while we were there and we wanted to use the patio) this was no fault of the owners but we booked it because it had a patio overlooking the lake. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for 6 girls for a 3 night stay. It was not enough at all. The girls who stayed on the bunk beds said they were very uncomfortable and all woke up sore (girls aged 21-38). The pillows on the king bed were not comfortable and we woke up with sore necks. Otherwise they were great hosts.

Amanda, We truly apologize about the deck and are very thankful for your understanding during your stay! We will take all of your feedback into consideration. The pillows are a variety throughout all beds so people can switch them out based on their preference! If you do stay with us again we recommend checking other beds to see if you can find one that fits your needs! Toilet paper is provided as a starter and not meant to supply your whole stay depending on how long you are there. There are 2 rolls in each bathroom (one on the roller and one in the cabinet) for a total of 4 rolls for every stay to get you started.

Lovely condo, quiet area

We have friends in this area and have known it to be a nice family place to stay. This condo was very clean and felt like home. Communication was great!

Peaceful and family friendly

We love the State Park area for skiing, tubing, coving out, and hiking when on land. There's a bit of a drive to get back to the complex but it is worth it, and the drive is beautiful! The condo has everything you need and is well kept. The docks are also well maintained. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were almost immediate. Great place to stay and highly recommended!
