Several villas offer attractive off-season monthly rates from November through March. Motorcycles, high-rise vans, and trailered vehicles are not permitted. The parking garage clearance is 7'9". Property managed very well. Best view in SC from the balcony. Very nice balcony chairs and tables. Rental agent should consider key fobs, pool bands and parking tags to be available at room so at check in and out guests doesn't have to go to separate location to pickup and drop off. Pool key fob definitely a hassle, should consider just the code as half the time the key fob would not work. 3rd bathroom lights wouldn't work it every time the light was turned on the GFCI outlet would trip with nothing in kitchen or bathroom running.
