About this property

Oceanfront Corner Condo - Beach Club I 8F

Located in Windy Hill this unit has renters coming back year after year for it's beautiful view, updated decor, and spacious layout. The master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). It also has direct access to the private master bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds in them. These bedrooms share direct access to the same bathroom along with access from the hallway. The fourth bedroom has both a twin bed and a twin sized bunk bed and direct access to a private bathroom. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and is also directly oceanfront with access to the balcony.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year.  Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals. This condo is a 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo that sleeps 10.

Very clean, spacious, right on The beach!! Beautiful beach access!!! Only negative is having to be out by 10 but other than that it was perfect!!!

Reviewer Comments: we had a great time family oriented beachfront great pool my nephew and his father and my daughters friends enjoyed the pool and the location very well located to a lot of the attractions barefoot landing and a variety of things to eat condo is some what dated overall clean place very quite family friendly atmosphere, kitchen stocked with plenty of plates glasses and other utensils and appliances , oh did I mention very family was a very short walk to the beach and the sound of the ocean putting you to sleep is very relaxing. we enjoyed our stay very much. we have stayed in this unit before and there is plenty of space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This building is a 9 story smaller condo with a pool and outside shower. Due to being a smalled complex, there is no waiting for elevators and making space on the beach in front of it. I love the location of the building. We stayed in the 8 unit towards Myrtle and had great views. The condo itself was describe accurately, clean but certainly showed it's age, not many updates. We do recommend the owners putting sometype of carpets down the tiled hallway due to the floor getting wet from humidity or coming in and out from the beach. They were very slick. We would stay there again.

Review of windy Hill 8-f

Stay was great and repairs were completed timely except 1. We reported the sliding door from living room to balcony seemed to be off track. Hard to open and hard to close. We ended up going in and out through master bedroom interrupting anyone in the master. Never heard from repairman

Clean, Quiet location

Property is clean and great for large family with 4 BR, 3 BA. Balcony was large with great view but only 3 chairs. It is not a luxury property - needs lots of updating - carpet, mattresses, towels, sheets/pillowcases, bathroom fixtures, closet doors off the tracks, broken chair, kitchen was clean but very basic. Washer/Dryer in unit but dryer took numerous cycles. Owner needs to install de-humidifier in Unit - nothing would dry hanging up and tile floor always felt damp. Pool is small and no restroom downstairs at all. Walk to beach is across walkway across dunes then sand. Northshore Realty was responsive to our call to fix the thermostat. AC was fine but seemed to run all the time. It will be a nice place with some updates and work.
