Ski in, soak in the hot tub, walk to dinner then enjoy a fire! This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo, on Ski Hill Road in Breckenridge, is a quick and easy walk to the Gondola to take you to the slopes. At the end of the day, ski down the Four O'Clock run to the Gondola Ski Back run, pop off your skis and walk about 150 steps to your home away from home.

The condo is also close to everything that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer for your summer vacation fun. There is biking and hiking outside the door and golf, rafting and all of your other summer adventures just minutes away.

The condominium is spacious, spanning 1260 square feet on two levels with vaulted ceilings. Located on the top floors of the building, the mountain views are great. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bath. The second bedroom, upstairs, has a queen-size bed and a three-quarter bath, and the third bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a three-quarter bath. The condo comfortably sleeps eight.

An outdoor heated pool (summer only) and two outdoor hot tubs (year round) are on site. Walk a block over and you are on Main Street Breckenridge filled with charming shops, restaurants and bars.

This condominium is fully outfitted with kitchen supplies, linens, games, crib and a high chair. We also offer a private and locked storage area for all of your skis, bikes, golf clubs and other sports gear.

We are 30 minutes from Lake Dillon which offers canoeing, kayaking, boating and sailing in the summer.

Great location and Condo for Families

We (two families of four) rented the condo for spring break and loved it. We traveled from Florida with 4 kids (5,6, 7 and 7) and the bunk room was perfect. The location is excellent, with the free bus stop just a half block away from the elevator. With all the kids ski gear, it was easier to ride the bus, but the gondola is a short walk. At the end of the day, the Gondola Ski Back run drops you off just a block from the elevator.

The condo had all the necessary kitchen equipment to make dinners, including s crock pot!

It was absolutely perfect for two families and we would highly recommend it to anyone interested in this unit. (Just don't rent it during spring break, we want to come back!)

The owner was easy to work with and had great communication.

Good location

We enjoyed staying in this condo. Short walk to the gondola in the morning, and an even shorter walk home in the afternoon. A few blocks from downtown for restaurants and nightlife. The unit was clean and spacious. The hot tub is convenient and was rarely crowded. Probably the only drawback was the lack of washer and dryer in the unit; but this is a very small negative offset by many positives.

Great Location, Great Rental

We really enjoyed our stay. The walk to the lifts in the morning is short and the 4 O'clock run down is great. The place was nice and clean. Would stay again!

Excellent for families

Great setup for families - we had 6 in our group and had areas for all to lounge after skiing. Kitchen is nice and everything needed for cooking is available. Beds and couches are comfortable and location is quiet. 5 minute walk to gondola and 1 minute walk to bus stop to go to Peak 9 or other areas. Had a minor issue with one of the baseboard heaters and the owner came the next day to fix it, and even provided a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Place and location

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Breckenridge. This condo was centrally located which made getting to the gondola (5min walk) or town (5min walk) extremely easy. The condo was in great shape with plenty of room for a large group of people. Everything was up to date and very cozy. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic and seated around 15 people. I would definitely stay here again!

New Year's Ski Trip

We booked this rather late, so it met our needs pretty well considering there wasn't much left to shop around for at a reasonable price.

Positives: plenty of bed space for our group of 7, free firewood for burning was awesome, lots of individual thermostats to adjust, kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment, ski/boot room was great, lots of couches for lounging around. key situation for getting in/out is piece of cake.

Not as positives: parking can be difficult at times, but we managed fine. hot tub a cold jaunt away- only used once. Upper bedroom was open to the living room below- not sure why they designed it this way! made it rough for noise/etc. make sure to bring trash bags, dish soap, bath shampoo etc as what is provided is minimal.
