2023 Renovated condo located in the heart of Cocoa Beach. The Diplomat Beach Resort features private beach access, a heated pool, Tennis & Pickleball courts, Bocce ball, and Shuffleboard courts.
An easy walk to Publix, mini golf, restaurants, beaches, pools, and bars. Enjoy a relaxing stay under the sun or venture out to explore the nearby attractions.
Find all the comforts of home in the condo: Keurig Coffee maker, hair dryer, cooler bag, beach chairs, towels, and washer/dryer as well!
The Diplomat is an establishment with a rich history and resort-like amenities. It boasts a meticulously maintained Private pool, Tennis courts, Bocce ball court, Shuffleboard and Pickleball court. Additionally, guests can access a private beach entrance complete with a boardwalk and shower, making it the ideal destination for a beach vacation.
Our lovely apartment is located in a quiet second-story corner and is soundproofed with insulated storm windows. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch TV featuring cable TV with Roku, an electric reclining couch, and an easy chair.
The Master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and 50 inch TV, accompanied by a full bedroom set and easy chair. The second bedroom comes equipt with a full-size bed.
During your stay in your delightful paradise away from home, you will find all you would need in a home, including - pots, pans, a blender, and all other basic kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher and ice maker.
You can also enjoy the additional convenience of a Keurig Coffee maker, hair dryer, cooler bag, beach chairs, towels, games, books, and and Washer and Dryer!
This is the perfect space for a family or small group of friends to enjoy a beach getaway. We have every amenity you would find at a hotel resort (excluding housekeeping), with all the comforts you would find in your home. It's the perfect vacation setup!

We are Northerners who moved to Florida during the pandemic. We thought we would ride out "the storm" and move back north once the world figured itself out. Once we got here, we realized we found paradise and would never leave! We want to share our little slice of paradise with others, which is why we are offering our apartment to you. We have another home about 20 minutes away where we stay full time and can assist with any needs while you stay.

I mean, why not this property? It's quite, clean, nice and on the beach. There is shopping bars, activities, sports, Cocoa pier, Mini golf, oh and rocket launches all within 5 minutes of the front door!

Our Diplomat beachside hideaway has undergone a complete renovation. The entire unit has been upgraded with new kitchen, bedrooms and mattresses, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay for our guests. Additionally, we prioritize cleanliness and take great care to maintain a spotless environment. Rest assured that our hideaway is one of the cleanest places you'll find!
