Extra towels

It was great but to have to pay extra for more than one towel was a bit off putting

To clarify, our listings specify that we only provide a welcome starter supply, which includes 2 bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. This is designed to ensure you have what you need upon arrival, and we do not replenish towels daily as we operate differently from traditional hotels. For your convenience, there is also a laundry room located on each floor, should you wish to freshen up your towels during your stay.
