Loved our stay

The duplex was in a good, safe location close to good restaurants. It was very clean, nicely decorated , private with good wifi. It was perfect and we look forward to staying there again next time we visit the area!

This property was nice and clean. It is very spacious and perfect for a small family. It is in a good neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable

I enjoyed my stay the house was neat and clean, it had a warm inviting feeling. All the amenities were there. Only downside was the hor tub was broken but overall the place was great.

Nice little place

Very accomidating with towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels and even coffee. In a nice area and not too far from anything. I definitely suggest Wild Florida. It is a driver thru safari that is 1.5 hours away. As long as you dont mind driving a little.

Up to date inside!

Don't worry about the outside, the inside is very nice. Can walk to a couple of waterside restaurant/bars. Kitchen and kitchen ware are included! lots of towels and extra sheets too.

Cozy and clean

Excellent location for this cute, very clean apartment. Host provides amenities including shampoo conditioner soaps hair dryer etc. Upon arrival there were snacks as well as tea, creamers and coffee pods. There is both a keurig and coffee maker. Excellent communication with host. Easy check in.

Clean but a few issues

The place was a great location, not far from things to do, especially the beach. We were very bummed to see the hot tub was not working when we got there which was a downfall. We had issues with the washer to wash our clothes but did contact the property manager and they were very responsive. However, we did end up fixing the washer ourselves. Over all, it was a pretty decent place to stay, clean and easily accessible.

Hurricane hole up

Was in town for a graduation. Had to arrive r early because my events in St. Augustine were cancelled due to weather. This host made it so easy to change my dates. Plus, they contacted me and directed me to remark my car on the side of the building in the yard so my car didn’t get hit by tree debris. The only thing I didn’t like that even though the sign said no smoking, the apt smelled like smoke. I also needed paper towels and kitchen towel

Great location to attractions

Great location to attractions! House was clean and the host was fast to respond with answers since the time of our booking or if we needed anything! Bad experiences would be 2 different nights we walked in the house and there was a huge cockroach on our dresser and then under the kitchen table and we kept it very clean after we used the kitchen and such. The front door is very poorly sealed. Bottom half of the door lets daylight right in so im sure thats where the cockroaches came from. Other "bad" part was there was a train somewhat behind the house that went by every couple hours during the night and blew the horn sooooo many times. Woke us all up every night (6 nights). We had 2 children ages 3 and 2. Loved that there was a smart tv in the living room and bedroom! Quiet neighborhood besides the train!
