Our beachside neighborhood is quickly revitalizing and there are always many people walking around, enjoying their strolls and headed to the beach! This area is all about the beach life!

Vacation is made easy with this fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage home with a fully fenced in back yard for your pets has a pool, putting green & everything you want for a relaxing Florida getaway! Washer and dryer in the home!

No need to have to drive a car during your stay since you are in the heart of the beach with restaurants and entertainment galore!

If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The back yard is fenced in, so your dog can run freely!
The second full bathroom is detached under the covered porch.
No local guests.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please agreement required to be signed prior to check in for bookings.
Garage is manual operation. Please give advance notice if you will be using the garage for parking to ensure usability as it is very small.
Driveway: 14ft Wide x 30ft Long. 3 cars can fit, but a 4th can only fit if the other 3 are all compact cars.

Thursdays is when the pool technician services the pool.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 4th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 4 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

A separate $20 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month.
