Privacy, Privacy, Privacy!! Located in the prestigious Tuscan Ridge Community , this outstanding luxury single story executive villa (Villa Tuscan Ridge) is situated on a large lot and features air-conditioning throughout and free High Speed Internet WIFI!

Our newly resurfaced, sparkling swimming pool faces southwest and a large conservation area, ensuring maximum privacy. Our heated hot tub is included in the rental of our home and the pool can be heated with an extra cost of 25$ per day. Please ask for this option in your inquiry if you are interested. A rental gas grill is also available for an extra cost.

Our stylish villa includes modern furnishings, HDTVs in all Bedrooms and living Room, Granite countertop in the Kitchen and all Bathrooms, a stunning Hot Tub on the pool deck, tennis table and pool table in the Game room and an Xbox console.

Villa Tuscan Ridge is a Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with den vacation pool home located in the community of Tuscan Ridge in Davenport. Disney parks are just 15 minutes away and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive.

The living room and dining room have tile flooring. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and a flat panel 50" HDTV. Dining table seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a stunning Granite counter top.

Full size washer and dryer in case you want to get the towels or linen washed during your stay. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 32"HDTV, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32"HDTV and the den can serve as a 4th Bedroom with its' queen size sofa bed.

This home was a great end to a long exhausting day at Universal with a pool to cool off in and a hot tub to relax back in. Lots of entertaining things to keep the kids occupied. Very clean, comfy beds and hot showers were a definite plus! Host was very response and kind.

The location, the value, and the amenities were wonderful. We had some challenges with the alarm system and air conditioning, but that was mostly our fault for not reading the details listed. The house was very clean, spacious, pool was a highlight. Everything about this location was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more! Close to shopping, restaurants, quiet neighborhood, it is located at the back of the subdivision so there were just woods in the backyard with no homes behind you. So, while enjoying the pool you didn't have to wonder if someone was watching you. Highly recommend this home. The game room was a plus as well! Pool table, ping pong table, darts, etc.

Our villa has a UNIQUELY Private Pool deck , this is extremely rare in a stunning Community close to Orlando.
Our Villa is located on the on Tuscan Ridge, a modern prestigious development of High Quality Executive homes and holiday Villas some 15 minutes drive from Disney, and close to the rest of the major Theme Parks. We are 5 minutes away from the famous Champions Gate Golf complex, with over 30 other Golf Courses and Golf schools within a short drive from the villa, and we are just a few minutes away from the local amenities. At Tuscan Ridge you will be in the peace and quiet of rural Florida, Surrounded by Orange groves next to a forested conservation area, but only a short drive from the best attractions we are just a few minutes drive from Highway 192, so while we are conveniently close to Highway 192’s multitude of Shops, Restaurants and Attractions, we are also far enough away that we don’t suffer from the traffic, the noise, the traffic pollution and the crowds which are inevitably associated with Highway 192.
Finally, our Villa Pool's deck proposes a South West Facing exposition, which is the best, especially during winter and spring seasons
