Views are 5 stars everything else about this hotel is -10. Rooms are disgusting , dishes aren’t clean , stains on sheets and items in the apartment. Toilet wasn’t flushing properly, maintenance told me “it’s just like that” . Paid for late check out only to be locked out my room at 10am. and Watch out for the shady 3rd party parking company! Tries to “upsale” you on valet parking only for it to be a scam to pocket money. The director told me I could pay $60 a night CASH ONLY to have my car to me in under a minute only to find out after I come back with cash they do accept card and there’s no $60 valet option and when I confronted him about it he acted like he couldn’t understand me anymore. Truly
unbelievable. 700 for 2 nights and this is the treatment ? on top of the elevator! Seriously 2 elevators for a 26 story building ? During peak hours it will take you a minimum of 20-30 mins to get off your floor and back to it. For the price point I’d stay anywhere else. Also what hotel can’t provide you a receipt upon check out ? The whole company sucks. Take your money elsewhere
