Fully remodeled winter home away from home - Steps away from beach and pools

Welcome to Casa del Ray at Ocean Villas. Our unit was 100% remodeled in December 2023 and is a larger end-unit on ground floor so no more lugging luggage and groceries up flights of stairs. It has lots of natural light from three large bay windows and an expansive back patio facing the lagoon pool. This 3 bedroom/2 full bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably and the master bed is a memory foam split-king with an adjustable base. In addition, nearly the entire unit is equipped with "smart" devices from light switches and ceiling fans to the TVs and door locks. Just steps away from the ocean and a heated pool, Casa del Ray has everything you need included when you arrive so you can get your extended stay started immediately...the only thing you need to bring are your clothes. In addition, your hosts live only 40 minutes away in case you ever need anything.

Included in your rental are all the linens, towels, laundry and bath products, along with access to two beach bikes, boogie-boards, and a cart to take your stuff to the beach.

This is our home-away-from-home in the Summer and Fall months. We're looking for folks who are interested in renting for the winter months and treating it like their own home...potentially for many years to come. If you're that type of person then we welcome your inquiry.

As a bonus for full season rentals (90+ days) we include a full house cleaning at the end of each month, a $100 Publix gift card as a welcome gift, and a kitchen stocked with the essentials such as bottled water, coffee, bread, milk and eggs to name a few.
