About this property

The Turney House

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This home is just 3 minutes from Fwy 101 west and Indian School, with I-10 in just 2 minutes,is near Westgate, the Arizona Cardinals stadium (2 Mi), and many of Phoenix's most popular and trendy cafes and restaurants. Short drive to downtown Phoenix (10 miles), and Old Town Scottsdale (20 miles), also 13 Miles from NASCAR Raceway.

The back yard is a decent size to make your carne asada getting together,
Just please be mindful about the noise time period.

We take all your suggestions very seriously and we really do our best to give you a feeling of security. We will continue working to make our house a safe place for you to spend a good time away from home..

Our neighborhood is familiar and as unfortunately we can not control the crime rate in the state., but if we can say that our area is very quiet, a bad night can not qualify the rest., I hope and give you the opportunity as some of our guests have already done and have had a good experience.

As hosts we do our best to provide excellent service, and we take all the comments from our guests to improve our services and nothing goes unnoticed, so action is taken immediately

You have the whole house to enjoy except a closet in the middle of the hall and the storage on the carport.

Other things to note
The house is great the yard is ready to enjoy a carne asada relax enjoy your gate away and refresh.

We add some usb port outlet and a type C on the bedrooms.
We have a security camera on the front and does record., but no to be bugging our guest.
And the front lock does have a camera as well.Please keep in mind that we are in the West Phoenix area, not a private gate community and a mix culture neighborhood. Still very safe area.

What I needed is what I received. A lovely home with a comfortable bed, spacious kitchen, large TV with Wi-Fi. Timely communication and easy entry into the house were a bonus. This is a place definitely worth returning to.

Sorry for the experience you have had, I have reached out to you to know if I can assist you and non complainant was brought out to me, this is not private community is more a mix culture neighborhood as a pet owner I understand I have 0 control over a dog behavior, and since this is a very festive month I have 0 controls over other people feelings to enjoy their day with our with out music, but one thing is for sure we all have to respect noise control over 10pm anyone can call on local police and they do have a very fast answer to complaints.,

The house is beautiful and very well set up. I greatly appreciated with kitchen. I travel as a volleyball official. Being able to cook and not have to bring dishes to use on the stove is marvelous!!

The host was responsive about an issue with the shower. However, the grill was not functioning and that was listed as an amenity. There were not enough towels for dishes or for showering. The host did provide more towels for the shower but not for the kitchen. The kitchen is not stocked for much cooking. There were no hot pads available and we had to bring our own seasonings including salt. Beds and furniture were comfortable. This is a great place for a group of guys who want to go to a game at State Farm but was not as welcoming for a family.All-in-all; an excellent host. Friendly, responsive, and professional. The house itself just needs a little attention.

My bday weekend

This was the perfect location for what we needed it for.My son had a 7v7 tournament and we were just mins from the field! The beds were comfortable andthe house was clean. The neighbors were really nice and we didnt have any problems. I was so glad I found thisnlisting, and would definitely book again.

Total stay was around 10 days as we required an extension. From begining to end Heidi was very accommodating to my family and I. The house is in proximity to everything we wanted and pretty centrally located. Very quiet neighborhood and cozy warm house. Thank you again for everything mam.

Great host, clean & stocked, but still lacking

The host helped us check in and was tremendous. The house was clean and well equipped other than there were no dressers and no laundry facilities. The gas grill was in terrible condition and appeared unsafe. We felt safe, but the neighborhood was marginal we many houses needing improvement with broken windows, fences and multiple cars parked in the yards.
