As you enter through the gated driveway, you'll be captivated by the landscaped exterior, adorned with fragrant plumerias, colorful trees, lush greenery, and tropical plants. The backyard offers a harmonious mix of flat grassy areas for sports and games, accompanied by a delightful garden. Prepare to be mesmerized by the unobstructed panoramic ocean views that stretch as far as the eye can see. Imagine lounging while watching whales breaching, waves crashing, sailboats gliding by, and the occasional model photoshoot capturing the beauty of the surroundings. The soothing sound of the waves will lull you into relaxation. After returning from the beach, you can rinse off in one of the two enclosed outdoor showers, keeping the sand outside enjoying the hot tub. And that's just during the day!

Stepping inside through the custom-designed glass door, you'll instantly know that you've arrived in paradise. The main floor boasts a luxurious king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, you'll find a laundry room and a convenient guest bathroom. However, the centerpiece of the house is the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area—a chef's dream! Equipped with a KitchenAid range, two KitchenAid wall ovens, and a microwave, this kitchen provides all the tools and equipment you could possibly need. As you prepare meals, you can gaze out at the mesmerizing ocean view, making cooking a delightful experience. The large quartz kitchen island seats four, while a beautiful wood slab table accommodates ten guests comfortably. An additional outdoor table is also available, providing seating for six.

Upstairs, you'll discover a master suite outfitted with a king bed, walk-in closets with built-in shelving, and a luxurious master bathroom designed with a coastal feel. Unwind in the soaking tub or enjoy a refreshing shower with multiple rain heads in the spa-like shower. Three other bedrooms are located upstairs, including two king bedrooms and a fun-filled room with four bunk beds, perfect for children or additional guests.
