Welcome to our exceptional hillside cottage, your delightful retreat in historic Park City, Utah. Boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to seven guests - ideally suited for families, friends, or outdoor enthusiasts eager to explore the area.

The loft-style master bedroom upstairs offers a private sanctuary, featuring a King-sized bed and a dedicated seating area. The en-suite bathroom houses a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and shower, providing a serene spot to unwind.

The two remaining bedrooms are located downstairs. The second room features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. The unique third bedroom/multi-use room houses a TV-lounge area, twin bunk beds with trundle, a convenient futon.

Our bright and open living space invites you in with its warmth, adorned with picturesque views of Main Street. The fully stocked kitchen is your culinary playground, equipped with modern appliances, cooking basics, and a coffee maker for brewing morning delights. The dining area readily hosts memorable meals or game nights.

Essentials like free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a dedicated workspace, and a garage for 1 vehicle are offered for your convenience. We also welcome well-behaved pets, making your furry friends part of the adventure!

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities — indoor fireplace for cozy nights, a BBQ grill in the backyard for savory cookouts, and a dedicated workspace for those needing to catch-up on work. Self check-in is made easy with our smart lock.

Summer fun

This was a perfect location!! Easy walk to downtown and Main Street. We took the lifts to see all around and a quick trip to SLC! This home had everything!! I’ve never felt so welcomed and it had everything we could ever want.

Great cottage, great location, great everything.

Everything about this stay was incredible. The house is perfect, exactly as described. The cottage sits just a quick walk from Main st. PC. The owners have the house stocked wonderfully and have signs to address any questions. Also, they were readily available to answer Qs via text, but none came up bc of how incredibly they’ve prepared the place. Great stay for sure.

Perfect stay, great location

The location is just a short walk from Main St, however, the walk takes you down a street with no sidewalks if you take Hillside Ave. We found an alternative path to walk down via some public stairs which lead you down to Swede Alley from Sandridge Rd. Much safer.The place is well thought out, very nice furniture, with lots of really thoughtful touches for families. Radiant heating is nice but be careful about it being too hot. We left at 52-55 which was plenty warm for us who enjoyed a cooler home during the winter. The master loft is spacious and comfy, although we did find the bed to be a bit soft as you sink into the memory foam a bit. The kids bedrooms downstairs were nice and also well thought out. Bedding and towels were comfy and with each room having its own wall mounted A/C unit. Plenty of kitchenware for any of your needs and everything in the home is well labeled and well placed for convenience. Overall we had a lovely stay and would strongly recommend to our friends.
