Este es todo acerca de la ubicación. 402 Woodside- google it. Los agentes inmobiliarios locales llaman a esta área la "Costa de Oro", debido a su ubicación privilegiada. Subiendo desde Main Street, hay Park Ave y luego Woodside Ave, y estamos justo al lado de las escaleras. Las escaleras de la ciudad te dejan justo en el medio de Main Street, la mitad de las tiendas y restaurantes están a la derecha y la otra mitad a la izquierda. No Name Saloon y el restaurante Chimayo están justo en 4th y Main. Si te gustan las compras, Gorsuch, Kühl y Lululemon también están ahí.

Para esquiar, caminas 2 minutos, un bloque de nivel en tus botas, subes las escaleras y estás en Quittin 'Time. Haga clic y esquíe hasta el Town Lift. Esto es lo mejor de ambos mundos para un acceso FÁCIL a la ciudad y al esquí. No alquilamos un automóvil cuando estamos aquí, solo usamos Uber para las raras veces que necesita ir más allá del esquí y la calle principal. La casa es una casa antigua de 4 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños con una gran sala de estar / área común con un plan abierto para la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar. El salón cuenta con 2 áreas de descanso dedicadas con la capacidad de ver la televisión desde cualquiera de los 4 sofás. Hay una gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 10. El propietario es un cocinero gourmet y lo ha equipado con todo lo que necesita para preparar y servir comidas. Nueva tostadora, nueva cafetera, olla de barro, nuevo hierro fundido y sartenes antiadherentes. Hay nuevos platos y tazones para servir, y todo lo que necesitas para organizar una reunión familiar o una pequeña fiesta. Lavadora / secadora en la casa.

No hay garaje, pero hay un espacio de estacionamiento dedicado lo suficientemente grande como para un Suburban. Los esquís se almacenan de forma segura en la cubierta. Hay un compartimento de almacenamiento para cascos, guantes, etc.

The exterior of this home is not up to Old Town Park City standards. From the broken concrete driveway to the broken gutters hanging from the roof, overgrown yard, and trash (building materials, cans, wrappers, etc...) all around the house. The interior was very functional and the beds were very comfortable.

Ski Trip

We had a great time at the property for a February ski trip. The location is excellent. One block from the heart of Main Street. The only thing better, for us, was the access to the mountain. No need for a shuttle, half block walk to a staircase leading to one of the runs. Put your equipment, and ski down to the lift. It’s the closest you can get to ski-in ski-out being off the mountain. The bedrooms were updated and very comfortable. The property management was great at communication and gave us clear instructions on how to access the unit, nearby points of interest and public transportation. We will definitely try to book here again on future Park City ski trips.

Park City rental

Very convenient because it was 2 blocks from downtown, Main Street. It was also within walking distance to ski.Very spacious and owners were helpful and very nice.

Our Mountain White Christmas Holiday

What a perfect home for a family to spend quality time together! Many comfortable couches, a huge table to share meals together and a kitchen with everything you would need to create the perfect feast. The house is located close to Main Street so we were able to walk and explore all the shops and restaurants and bars the town had to offer. For the snowboarders in our group they were able to leave the house and take the town lift to Park City Mountain Resort for a day on the mountain. Millie and Charles were just a text or phone call away with some of my silly questions as well as instructions that I needed. The beds were super comfortable with blankets to keep warm. Can't thank them enough for ordering the snowfall on Christmas Day as well as the 3 days after. Yes, the front entrance area was very steep and uneven but we were able to manage without much trouble! It made for such a magical Christmas for our family! I can't wait to come back to Park City and will definitely stay at this beautiful home!

Great location. Quick walk to Main Street. House was as advertised. Property owner was very accommodating and was engaged to ensure check-in was seamless. They also provided information pertinent to the time of our stay. Recommend the entry concrete slab be repaired; minor, but needed to be mindful on entry/exit. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely come again, and would recommend if you want to visit Park City.

Bachelorette Trip! Perfect location, great space for hanging out

Arranged a bachelorette group trip up to Park City for some of us from SLC and some from out of state to visit for the first time! Such a perfect location. Walked ~1mile up the road to do the Miner's trail hike which was very fun and doable for us, even with 2 pregnant guests! And great access to main street for brunch, dinner and the bars. Had a rainy afternoon one of the days and was SO grateful we picked this house because of the abundance of seating in the living room to chat / hang out / play trivia on the TV screen, and the HUGE dining table for an intense game of Nertz with 8 of us playing! Beds were comfortable and although we were here in the summer, did appear to have plenty of storage for ski gear inside / outside and on the two private patios. And the host was SO responsive and helpful ahead of time! Thank you thank you for hosting us! Couldn't have had a better bachelorette party :)

This was a great crash pad for 5 dudes shredding Gnarr on the PC MTB Trails. Kitchen has what you need. Beds were clean. Easy walk to downtown. Driveway/parking has seen better days, but this place is priced right.

Great location-driveway, basic items, maintenance needed

It has a great location in Park City, but the driveway needs some serious help. The A/C wasn't turned on for the season, and for two days, temperatures inside the house were 83 degrees in the afternoon. It finally cooled off at night, but it was hot. A technician showed up (two days into the stay) and turned the outside unit on. A couple of weird things- a bathtub in the overgrown backyard and the liquid soap in the bathrooms and kitchen were so watered down that they were useless for cleaning.

If you want to be in Town

The house was just as described. The only problem we had was the front of house driveway has only one parking spot for a vehicle, which needs to be parked horizontaly, and is on a steep slope and the cement is cracked with unlevel surfaces, which was difficult for us (one of our family member who had a broken ankle), and to load and unload groceries and suitcases. The house was well equipped with bath towels, but (only 2 kitchen towels). Good location to walk into town. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hope to go back in Winter.

Convenient location to Main Street. A short walk from this quiet neighborhood down the stairs, places you in the heart of old downtown. Our hosts were wonderful. The bedrooms were very nice with comfy cozy bedding. Enjoyed our stay there very much.

Fabulous!!

Fantastic location - we walked 2 blocks into town and skied in and out of Park City. Spacious and warm. You can't get a better location. Homeowner was easy to deal with and responsive. It's a real gem. Highly recommend!!!

We are also reachable and responsive to your questions and requests. We have another listing (VRBO 678840) and enjoy working with guests and creating a home that works well for families.

We have been owners in PC since 2013 and were watching the market closely, hoping to find a home in this location. This one came up and we jumped at the chance to buy it as the location cannot be beat.

You are THIS close to skiing but not too high up or far from town which makes some homes in PC difficult to walk back to. It is the perfect balance between ski/ Main St access

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Unless you have little kids, age 5 and under and will be going to ski school every day, I don't recommend renting a car as you can walk to town and skiing. For grocery shopping and other trips away from Main Street, we just use Uber.
