About this property

This is a newly developed walkout basement suite with two rooms, one with king size bed and one with queen-size bed to accommodate all your family. We have a big modern kitchen with all the appliances and a live-in area with HD TV, including Netflix and Prime subscriptions. There is a backyard in the house to enjoy and play.

You will NOT be sharing the suite with anyone except your group or family only, the suite has private access and 1000Mbps wifi internet.

The suite is located in the amazing Seton community in SE Calgary. You will find a lot of amenities within 2mins drive e.g. YMCA, cineplex, superstore, save on foods, shoppers, walk-in clinics, hospitals, gas stations, and restaurants.
We have easy 2 mins access to main highways like the deer-foot trail and Stoney trail which will connect you to Alberta Rockies and other attractions, e.g. Banff, Waterton, Kananaskis, Okotoks, and much more.

Very clean, modern suite.

Was in Calgary for work, at the end of the day this was a great place to relax and sleep. Well kept and modern was a home away from home.

Great spot!

We had a great stay. The place was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable as well. The kitchen could have a few things added so one could enjoy a meal at home.
