Enjoy all the peace and tranquility being nestled in the White Mountains and on the Pemi. River with a private beach and lake for Owners/guests only-that this 2 bedroom 2 bath gem of a location and Condo affords. Full kitchen with dw, disposal, oven, microwave & fridge - island with stools. There's also a dining area and cozy fireplaced living room. (new couch pulls out into a bed). Large master bedroom with queen sized bed, double closet, TV/cable, dresser and a private bathroom including a jacuzzi tub and private balcony with mountain and river views. Great sized 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, double closet and private balcony overlooking the gorgeous Pemigasset River. Multiple tennis courts, full basketball courts, indoor volleybolld and racquet ball, nautilus and free weight private gyms, indoor pool & hot tub, sauna, grills and grilling area on the lake for residents/guests only. Large game room upstairs with air hockey, ping pong, video game room. Great Condo & location

Little tough chasing down instructions on gaining access to the property, but found clean unit as advertised with nice on-site facilities in close proximity to all town amenities at a reasonable price. A little dated inside, but a pleasant STA with plenty room for 4

Glad you had a nice stay - to clarify, you weren't looking for regular check in procedures, you were looking for potential after hour check in procedures, which I stated to you I needed extra time to clarify and confirm that exact process for you, but got it to you shortly thereafter and well before check in (over 24 hours in advance)

We want to go back! Great location, great amenities, and the accommodations were very good for our blended family. We didn't have the best weather, but still did much off the grounds as planned. A few more days to explore the resort, use the pool and beach would've been ideal. This was very reasonable for the price. We will be back!

Great place for great memories

The location is phenomenal and so is the owner. He was courteous and very helpful with my late check-in. I almost want to be selfish and keep it secret! I was able to walk to just about everywhere I wanted to go. It is a smaller town with big town vibes. Someday, I hope to return, if possible.
