Enjoy this beautiful fully furnished townhome, conveniently located in Fort Collins. Step out the front door onto the Spring Creek Trail. CSU, restaurants, 20 plus local Breweries, and Old Town are a quick drive away. This light, bright, open floor plan is your home away from home. Two private rooms upstairs with plenty of closet space, access to a Jack and Jill bathroom. Private patio off the master. Cozy up in the living room watch a movie or play the piano. The basement contains private laundry amenities. The kitchen features, a brand new fridge, microwave, dishwasher, soap disposer, brand new range, a fully equipped kitchen with wine glasses, and a Keurig coffee maker for quick and easy cups of morning coffee.
There is a powder room on the main floor and a full bath on the second floor with a tub.
Snuggle in for a good night's sleep in our luxuriously comfortable queen-size beds.
