Be our guest! Great modern suite in excellent central location. High end finishes include quartz and marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and heated bathroom floor. New bed and high end tempurpedic mattress 2024.
Low additional fees and NO cleaning checklist. This home is well equipped with all the essentials and lots of extras. Property includes in-unit full size washer/dryer combo, commercial countertop oven, and all linens and towels.
Relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. Wi-fi, Disney plus, Netflix, and Amazon Prime are provided.
The location can't be beat as it is in a quiet neighborhood near CSU and the Spring Creek trail. Close to Old Town and the Poudre Valley Hospital.
The suite is attached to the main house with its own private entrance and no shared spaces. Additional sound proofing has been added to the walls and ceiling to keep the spaces separate and quiet.

Buyer beware on this property. It seems to be a rental from the owners private residence but it is actually 2 separate rental units from the same owner. The larger portion was rented to a group of guys having a bachelor party. They started testing their sound equipment around 9:30pm and keep us up until around 11:30 pm. Contacted VRBO and host and could not get any support. Finally heard from host the next day and said that quiet hours were after 10pm, gave the host information about the incident but still have not received any additional feedback. The host lack of response seems to reflect their lack of concern for our stay.

Great place for CSU Canvas Stadium events

Quiet, clean and easy access to Canvas Stadium events within walking distance and free on-street parking. Kitchen for breakfast and snacks before heading out. Will definitely stay here again!!

FOCO at its best
