Welcome to Holiday Haven. Your family will enjoy a refuge from the busyness of everyday life while staying at our centrally located, yet peaceful home. BONUS…IT’S JUST 300 FT FROM BEACH ACCESS AT THE HOLIDAY RD GATE. Our home features a fun, modern interior and spectacular backyard with a one of a kind fire pit, 100" outdoor movie theater, and inviting deck.
You'll be staying steps away from the gorgeous white sand beaches but will also have access to a 6 person golf cart for a low fee of $200 per booking.
Escape to our Holiday Haven boasting fun and relaxing vacation vibes. The spacious, open concept first floor features a large kitchen with living/dining room providing ample seating for all. You'll love making memories and cooking meals in our fresh, modern kitchen The first floor also offers 2 king bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, and first floor laundry room.
On the second floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms - 1 king and 1 queen and baths. The unique bunk space has 2 full over full bunks. The 2nd floor also has sliding door access to our spacious, wrap around deck where you can soak up the vitamin D and watch the world go by while relaxing in the cozy Adirondack chairs.
The large fully fenced, private backyard space is the icing on the cake. Enjoy a delicious cookout while sunbathing on the deck or relaxing by the tank pool. When the sun goes down, hop in the hot tub or cozy up in our one of a kind fire pit area while watching a movie in the backyard theater.

There is plenty of parking for vehicles depending on size, and since we are not in an HOA, you can bring your recreational vehicles and park them on our property!

Guests will have access to the entire property, excluding the owners closet. We offer self check in with keypad entry. Your personal door code will be shared prior to check in.
Our home is located on a main street - very close to everything you need. Steps from the Holiday Rd gate for easy beach access and to Alvin’s Island for those last minute needs and souvenirs. It’s also a short golf cart ride to most shopping and restaurants.
No HOA means you can bring your water toys and park them on our property. Ample parking available for 4 vehicles depending on size.
