My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The location was perfect, just a convenient one-minute drive from the tennis complex. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids especially enjoyed the pool and pool table!Communication with the owner was excellent. When we needed to extend our stay by an additional night, they responded immediately and were more than accommodating.We couldn't have asked for a better experience! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Surprise area.

The property was clean and well-stocked. Beds and pillows were GREAT! I would absolutely stay here again and plan to do so on our next visit to Arizona. This is one of the better VRBO's I've stayed at. I had to reach out to the host, and she quickly answered my question.

This beautiful home was roomy, comfortable and centrally located. Perfect for our visit to AZ

We had an awesome time in Surprise! Played golf, went to a Spring training baseball game and visited the Wildlife Zoo!

Very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. I booked the home for my parents and she was very understanding with communication. She communicated with both me and my parents as they are elderly.

Clean, well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Only four minutes from Surprise Tennis and Racquet Club, as well as groceries and shopping. Loved that the pool table was located in main space for socializing. The pool, with colored underwater lighting and waterfall definitely made it relaxing and vacation worthy.

Wedding get together

House is a great location, and is big enough for 2 small families. Had a small mishap, but the host and their customer service was awesome to get everything resolved. Would highly recommend for any get together in Surprise.

Stay in surprise

Everything is good. We stayed the house for National Tennis Match. House is clean and bed is comfortable. We asked little early check in and property manager replied quickly. It was great stay in Arizona.

Great location

The property was a great location for what we needed. It was winter and we didn’t have time to swim or enjoy the backyard. But the property is kept well. A slight ding because all of our socks are dirty from the floors, but everything else is clean and tidy. It’s a great upgrade from staying in a hotel and our kids loved using the pool table in our down time.

Baseball and golf

Property was wonderful. Location was terrific but a bit disappointed on cleanliness. Floor was definitely not the cleanest. Coffee filter with coffee still in pot. Windows definitely need work. Dropped my phone charger under the couch and when I moved it a bit to retrieve it was really dirty. The pool was great. Three were cigarette buts and a cigar in the fire pit. The place really was trrrific just concerned about the cleanliness. Thank you

Thank you for the review. I wish you would have communicated these issues with me right away as I could’ve had someone there within an hour. I have a cleaning crew that deep cleans the house after every stay so we will definitely address these concerns with them.
