Please also know that if you ever need additional towels or supplies during your stay, we’re more than happy to provide or drop off more, just let us know. Regarding the keypad and your safety concerns, we want to reassure you that guest security is a top priority for us. The keypad code does remain the same; however, we’ve never experienced any safety concerns or instances of unauthorized access to the cottage. Additionally, the carport is equipped with cameras to enhance guest safety, and we have never had any security issues at the cottage. We will let the homeowners know about water escaping from the shower during use so they can evaluate whether a different style of shower curtain. We will also pass along your suggestion about adding towel hooks for added convenience. The toilet is standard height, but we appreciate your feedback. We will also pass along your suggestion regarding grab bars in the walk-in shower for additional support and accessibility. Regarding towels, due to the cottage’s smaller footprint and limited built-in storage, extra towels are placed under the sink. The home is also advertised as a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen, in line with its size and layout. For accessibility, there are three steps at the front entrance and three steps leading to the backyard area, which are shown in the listing photos. If stairs are a concern, we always recommend selecting accommodations that best suit your accessibility needs, as we manage multiple homes that may be more suitable depending on individual requirements. While handrails were not required during the city permitting process for these steps, we understand your suggestion and will still pass it along to the homeowner for consideration. We truly appreciate your feedback and will use it to help continue improving the guest experience.
