Maui Sunset #B-221 is a second floor 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with beautiful ocean views. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, window unit AC in both bedrooms as well as the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. In addition this unit provides complimentary wifi. Maui Sunset #B-221 has a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom with a shower in the en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom provides two double beds, and the convenient second bathroom includes a shower. The living room is equipped with a queen sofa bed and a large television. For outdoor enjoyment, Maui Sunset #B-221 supplies beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Maui Sunset is a fabulous oceanfront property in Kihei that has lush tropical landscaping, large pool which is heated during the winter months, hot tub, gas grills, workout room, and tennis courts out on the beach for your use. Guests return here year after year which says a lot about this property. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

Great location to explore Maui

Everything we needed as a comfortable home base to explore Maui. Kihei is an ideal location, with everything needed nearby, centrally located compared to the larger resort areas. Unit was perfect to enjoy sunsets on the lanai, make meals and relax. Amenities were great, although we spent the majority of days out and about. Would return and highly recommend.

Got in a little bit early was very nice, had a circuit breaker problem and Management was very fast to fix, beautiful views from patio enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family of five!

Miss the sunsets!

Condo was great for our group of 6, kitchen was fully equipped so we cooked several meals in and then enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Nalu's South Shore Grill (just down the street...highly recommended). Views are amazing all day but sunsets were spectacular! Only complaint was there were 4 remotes on the table when we got there with no instructions on how to watch TV, it took several of us several hours to figure it out. Some instructions would be helpful. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would definitely return for those sunsets!

Peaceful Paradise at Maui Sunset – A Perfect Maui Getaway!

We spent 8 wonderful nights at this Maui Sunset condo in Kihei (June–July 2025) and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit was clean, spacious, and fully equipped—perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the in-unit washer/dryer was a huge plus after beach days.The condo sits on the beautiful, open grounds of Waipuilani Park, with direct access to the beach. While the beach isn’t great for swimming, we enjoyed morning walks, watching paddle boarders, and—best of all—seeing sea turtles come ashore nearby at sunset to sleep. Truly magical!We really appreciated that the condo came with plenty of supplies like laundry pods, paper towels, and soap. The kitchen was so well equipped including a pineapple corer! The beach chairs and cooler were amazing to have for our beach days.We especially loved relaxing on the lanai in the evenings, taking in the ocean breeze and incredible sunsets. This condo was the perfect peaceful home base for our Maui adventure. Highly recommended—we hope to return soon!Mahalo!

Check in/out was a breeze. The building is older and has a/c units instead of central air. We found the furnishings and decor to be adequate and the place is clean other than the draperies had some staining. Stocked with plenty of supplies to last the duration of the stay. And the view is spectacular!
