A great property for a family vacation! Easy beach access in a nice residential area. We cooked a lot, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo nicely equipped with a cute balcony with a tranquil view that is great for enjoying your morning coffee. Beautiful condo facility right on the beach with a nice pool. This was our first time at Hilton Head and we'll definity return.

Everything was clean. Check in was easy. We love how close it is to the beach. Great pool. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals there. There are lots of clean gas grills on property. Fans in every bedroom. We would definitely stay again.

great proximity to the beach and a little grassy area great for grilling and sunbathing to get out of the beach wind. lots of cabinet/drawer space to put clothing and food supplies. we had a fantastic time and Kerry was great to work with.

Thanks, Ron for the feedback. Yes, we don't provide beach towels, but hopefully everything else was there that you needed. Linens, bath towels, beach chairs, a completely stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances, a full spice rack, dish and laundry soap, and toilet tissue to name some of the provided items. I hope you enjoyed your stay on Hilton Head!

We had a wonderful stay as we enjoy just a minute walk to the beach. There was only two problems that we seen as far as cleanliness. There was just a little bit of mold in both bathrooms. In one bathroom with the jacuzzi shower it was in the curtain and then in the other bathroom it was on the floor along the edges to the left of the shower. Other than that the windows do not black out for sleeping but we did manage to get good sleep. This place was truly a great place to stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Family vacation

It was a great vacation. The location of the condo to the beach is great, such an easy walk. The complex is very nice and the pool, playground, and grill area is wonderful would def stay again.

Great size condo, first floor and super-easy to get to the beach access. We utilized the on-site grills several times during our stay. Pool facility is very nice.

Always a pleasure

We enjoyed our stay and have been coming here for a few years. The location is great having a family of 5 it helps to be close to the beach as well as having multiple working bbq on the premises. We will be back.

Wonderful proximity to the beach!

This is our second year at this property. We like the area so much. The proximity to the beach is our favorite part. Plenty of retail around as well. Always a fun and relaxing week.

Relaxing

The condo was great. Perfect location plenty of activities. We usually rent bikes when at Hilton Head, no need to have a bike at the island club.
