Great for family gatherings with pool table, stone fireplace, two kitchens, two docks, firepit, outdoor patio and decks, immediate access to hiking trails and internet/tv there is something for everyone. Small boat launch on property (bring your own boat - motorized boats launched from Holderness launch). Kayaks, sailboat, paddle board use at your own risk. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Holderness center/Squam Lake Science Center/Walter's basin.
