気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Room had split air conditioner that leaked from front of unit and obviously had been doing so for some time. Room reeked of mold. Tech was sent to repair, repair denied. When I complained they sent him back out. He unclogged the drain but cleaning was NOT approved! I complained again of smell and asked they remediate the mold and or send someone to find source. Got no response. I told host space was uninhabitable and I was vacating and I wasn’t asking for refund of days I was there, but wanted for the 20 remaining. She said wouldn’t refund, and asked if I brought an air purifier. The tech who unclogged the drain said they had been called before to unit and the repair was denied then as well.
