Come stay & enjoy Yosemite, wineries, casinos, nearby lakes...or the quietness (except for the coyotes at night) :)
SUNSHINE RIDGE= bright & spacious space with a fun retro vibe.
- #1 BR: Queen Sleep-number bed, AC & fan, blackout curtains, Large TV, deck access.
- #2 BR: Queen, AC & fan, blackout curtains, closest to bathroom.
- Twin daybed in living-room. (OPTIONAL: inflatable twin too)
- 1 bathroom with tub/shower
- All towels, pillows & mattresses are NEW. Sheets are 1000 thread ct.
- Only mild, non-scented cleaning products & soaps are used. No scented air-fresheners or candles in THIS home.
HAPPY KITCHEN:
- Coffee & Tea Bar
- Popcorn, oils, condiments, paper-towel all provided.
- New fridge with ice!
- Plus DW, Microwave, toaster oven, toaster & BBQ outside

- Hot Tub (closed in summer)

Born & raised in Colorado. Came to Cali to get residency to help our son attend UCSC in Santa Cruz.
Why they chose this property
This area is so peaceful. When the sun goes down you feel as if there is no one around for miles & miles! In the daytime you can see some neighbors through the trees, but they are a good distance away.
What makes this property unique
- It is bright & cheery
- very private, on almost 2 acres
- blackout curtains for a good nights sleep (to block the bright & cheery!)
- has a fun retro vibe, complete with a Martini station!
- VERY, very clean
- incredible, HUGE deck
- bunnies, quail, squirrels, geckos, birds, deer...all in our front yard
- attention to every detail to make your stay wonderful!
- very private, on almost 2 acres
- blackout curtains for a good nights sleep (to block the bright & cheery!)
- has a fun retro vibe, complete with a Martini station!
