About this property

1st floor 3BR 2Bath Oceanfront Condo w/pool and 2 assigned parking spots!

3 night rental available during some periods of high season. High season weekly rate includes departure cleaning and linens. A refundable security deposit is required. Up to date 1st floor unit with 2 parking spaces.

Both bathrooms of the condo have been completely renovated. All new flooring and window treatments.

Condo is oceanfront and overlooks the pool. Beach toys, beach chairs, and storage provided. Linens included for 7 day stays during high season. Flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms and the Living Room. The unit has wifi and expanded cable. Some board games on site. Kitchen fully stocked with all appliances, plenty of dishes, and cookware. The beds are 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, Single over double Bunk Beds with a trundle, and Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Nice patio furniture for outdoor dining. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and beach towels.

All Weekly Summer Rentals include Cleaning, Linens, and bath towels. There is free WiFi as well.

All non-prime weeks include cleaning. Linens are an option.

Rentals are Sunday to Sunday only during high season. Parking for 2 cars only! No exceptions.
No Smoking in the condo or the pool area and no children under the age of 14 at pool without an adult on the pool deck.
No beach towels provided with linens.

The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. Very clean and tidy and well located. Parking is a bit tight, but we loved the short walk to be right on the beach. The property manager answered our call immediately when we had difficulty with the slider lock. Great value for 3 bedrooms beachfront with full kitchen!

The unit was spacious and had great patio seating (high top chairs) with a view of the water. Unfortunately the sheets and bath towels smelled like tobacco so it didn’t feel clean. While we were there, the entire beach had a large pipe running across it - not exactly picturesque, but not the host’s fault. It was a good stay but based on reviews we had higher hopes.

Overall, our stay was really good! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with a nice variety of dishes, pots, and pans as well as basic spices. The location was great, and we loved having quick access to both the beach and the pool. We especially appreciated the high-top deck chairs with backs (to see the dunes/ocean over the railing), the lobster pot for our seafood boil, and the extra blankets provided in the bedrooms.As others have mentioned, the parking is very tight, but it was manageable during our stay since the lot was never completely full. For reference, we had both a Kia Sorento and a Ford Expedition.We did have some issues with the cable/TV channels not loading consistently and would have loved the option to stream services via smart TVs—especially in the living room, where a larger TV or flexible mount would also help since the seating is somewhat off-center.A few small additions and updates that would make the stay even better would be replacing the bedroom pillows (they were fairly flat) and adding a few extra kitchen items like tongs, a crockpot, a potato masher or meat chopper. That said, I’m the person who doesn’t mind cooking at the beach and these were all minor details that would have taken the stay from really good to excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location, a few steps from the beach and being able to listen to the waves and the covered porch was a favorite by all. Enjoyed having a quick email with directions, list of eating spots and grocery stores. Relaxing, just what we were looking for.

Perfect Beach Trip

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and spotless! The location was just perfect - steps away from the pool and beach, beautiful view, and quiet area. We loved spending time on the large porch, and having beach chairs and equipment available made it so easy to enjoy the beach each day.
