Grassy backyard with gazebo, BBQ, and patio dining, perfect for meals al fresco. String lights add ambiance to the evenings. Backyard is completely enclosed for your fur babies to enjoy! Additional amenities include a quite and enclosed laundry room, WiFi, cable TV in living rooms, smart tvs in bedrooms, free parking in driveway and in street. No HOA community!

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

Property includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

We had the best time in this house! The home was awesome and the neighborhood was amazing. The location was perfect as we walked into old town multiple times. A quick drive to other great locations including camelback mountain. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay for our family event weekend. Location was as great- seems like it was 20 minutes or less to everything we needed to get to!! Host was very accommodating and quick yo response. The back yard patio was so lovely to sit and drink coffee in the morning watching and listening to the birds. There was a bunch of small Parrots visiting the trees every day!
