The condo was perfect for us. Needs a little maintenance such as tile in master shower is falling off and the area rug in the living room needs a deep clean or replacement. Kitchen was fully stocked. Check in and check out was smooth. We love Orange Beach & will be back!

My friends and I were delighted by the accommodations, location, and access to the beach. My only issue was with the kitchen ware. We took care of it by buying a frying pan. The toilets need a bit of attention, also. Probably just minor repairs. Overall a great experience.

Great Family Getaway

This Orange Beach Getaway is fun for the entire family. Direct beach access and a lovely pool. All units have views of the Gulf of America and the beach. Though there are many units, we never felt crowded. Parking and access were good. We had assigned parking under the building which was especially nice. Minutes from restaurants (we recommend The Gulf) and stores. Fun for the entire family and a great family getaway.

Awesome condo on the beach!

The condo was decorated so well, beds were very comfy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view of the beach was amazing and just a short walk. We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Couldn’t have really asked for more! A mothers/daughters girls trip to remember!

One of the cleanest condos that we have ever stayed at in the area. Having the two assigned parking spots in the garage was a big plus. The elevator construction was a little tricky at times but we just moved our schedule around it. It would have been nice to have two sets of towels per person so when you are washing a set one set would be available. The only thing we didn’t like about the place was the uncomfortable patio furniture but not a dealbreaker. We would definitely stay here again.

Senior Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time traveling to Orange Beach. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The only concern we had was the amount of people smoking on the balconies and by the pool. The smell was very strong making it difficult to sit and enjoy our patio. Several calls were made to the front desk but nothing changed. Other than that issue, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

We had spent the week at another property down the road and wanted one more night so we booked here. Huge mistake. We left after an hour and just went home. Not family friendly. The pools are gross, alcohol cans everywhere even left on the waterfall of the pool! Dried candy in the concrete around the pool, full of sand. Even my daughter who is just a kid that don’t care about a thing but having fun said, “Mom this pool is gross.” This is beyond a days worth of mess. They simply do not keep this property clean. And good luck checking in! You’ll be standing there waiting FOREVER in line for parking passes after you have already filled out tons of online forms. Property needs updated. The condo itself was ok, not the nicest but for the price it’s ok. I do want to make that clear. The decor was cute, the beds were very clean, etc. It’s sad the building made it not worth staying. The layout of the place is confusing (lobby, how to get to pool, etc.) we just were not satisfied and did not feel safe. I am an adult, I understand having a nice evening drink by the pool. But when almost every adult has 5-6 cans sitting next to them and the pool is full, you do not want your small kids around that. Just not a family atmosphere if that’s what you are looking for.
