5 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms, 3 are Master Bedrooms with 3 Private bathrooms + 2 kitchens & 2 balconies + 1 swimming pool and 1 jetted tub for a perfect time with your family and friends. A fenced yard. Kid's playground and Pickleball courts walking distance (1 block). This home is very spacious for your whole family to gather while enjoying much needed privacy in your separate bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. You are a couple of minutes away from a buzzing restaurant district. A short ride to Armature Works, Raymond James stadium, Amelie Arena and downtown Tampa.

The property is big enough to host a big family (14 people). The house is well equipped and has written instructions and labels to help you navegate the house. The one bedroom apartment & laundry room needs a little refresh & remodel! Pets are allowed!

Softball Tournament Weekend

The house was perfect for half the team to stay at, it cut down on travel expenses for us all. Just wish the weather was better so we could have utilized the pool too!

The communication from property manager was excellent. The instructions for check-in/check out were easy to follow. The location is central to a lot. The kitchen was amazing. We didn’t spend much time in the residence so it was fine for our golf trip. The pool was clean as well, though we didn’t use it.On the downside…The pictures (of the bathrooms) were deceptive. The WiFi and phone reception in the area was not good. The mainn tv was small and the tv’s in the bedrooms didn’t connect to the internet and were rendered useless. The bathrooms need to be updated. This would be a great rental for younger 20 something’s or for a family that doesn’t get to vacation much.

Banana Ball game

I have a family of 14 and our stay in this home was Wonderful. We had plenty of space and room to move about. The kids loved the pool and made use of the pool toys that were provided . The home was stocked for you to enjoy your stay. It's location was great close to Restaurants and Grocery stores. We went to the Raymond James Stadium for a Savanah Banana Game and it was only 20 mins for the home. As we were packing up to leave my Grandson asked when we could come back. Would Definitely book again.

Not as advertised

The home was spacious enough for my group of friends. The only outside online picture was the pool area and not the front of the home. We felt that we didn’t have privacy due to a camera that rotated in the pool area. We discovered that the outside pool patio had ripped chairs. The kitchen areas was the best part of the house. It was spacious and update. The bedrooms were a different story. The beds were old and had discussing bed covers, most of the house could use more updated furniture. The flooring in the dining area wasn’t laid evenly, and the televisions were small and we had to cast from our phones and laptops to watch ball games. One of the bedrooms was presented wrong in the online pictures which had included two beds. Only one bed was in the room and the other bed was a rollaway stored in the laundry room. One of my friends had to stay with someone else during our stay. We were each given two towels and one face cloth for the entire week. We had to wash out our face cloth in order to reuse them the next day. I did explain our stay with the property manager. We would not rent this property again.
