I grew up seeing my family revere guests with the same respect as a god, treating them with utmost love and care and taking care of all their needs. I look forward to providing the same care and respect to all our guests!

The space
The convenient urban location in Fremont Cabrillo neighborhood is complemented by the lovely design and decor that spans through this modern house’s interior. It is tastefully and carefully furnished and equipped with modern amenities and necessities like central AC/heater. Step into our beautiful and elegant 2400 sq. ft one story home, designed to make you feel right at home while indulging in a truly extraordinary experience.

3) For the ultimate cinematic experience, our Living room features an 85” smart TV with surround sound system, inviting you to enjoy your favorite movies with our Netflix account.
4) With 5 modern decorated rooms and 3 and a half baths, everyone can enjoy their own personal space and unwind in comfort. No need to worry about sharing facilities - every room is designed to provide the utmost convenience and privacy. When it's time to rest, our sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 16 guests.

be converted to sofa bed.
5) This house sits on over 9,500 sq ft lot. The outdoor area is a haven for relaxation and fun. Lounge in the comfortable backyard furniture, enjoy your morning coffee in outdoor coffee nook where morning sun kisses your face with warmth, enjoy your afternoon tea by the backyard waterfall and fire up the large gas grill for the perfect cookout experience. Also we have outdoor showers to relax in the elements with hot/cold water options and outdoor fun games like cornhole and badminton.
6) Prepare to be pampered by our luxurious amenities, where no expenses have been spared to provide you with the utmost comfort. It's like sleeping on a cloud with our premium linens boasting a thread count of
300 cotton threads, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep.
P.S. All three full baths have heated toilet seats and warm water bidets.

The entire house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, rest, and make yourself at home! Don’t forget to enjoy yourself while staying at this luxurious place!
Other things to note
Please read ALL house rules carefully. Your confirmation of the reservation means that you are willing to agree to all the rules. Violating any of the rules would result in immediate eviction without refund for the unused nights, plus fees from any damage caused, and $500 as a penalty.
1) NO BIG PARTIES OR EVENT MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE IS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR OUTSIDE!!
2) NO SMOKING AND NO RECREATIONAL DRUGS USAGE IN THE HOUSE OR OUTSIDE!!
3) NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES!
4) IN CASE OF ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED!
5) Quiet Hours: Before 7am and after 9pm Weekdays. Before 7am and after 10pm on weekends. Please be mindful and do not disturb the surrounding neighborhood.
6) Well-trained dogs under 25 lb are welcome, but all pets need to be
disclosed and approved. Base $250 per trip as a pet fee, and we will charge an additional $220 per pet for each additional pet, and an
additional $10 per pet for every day if your trip is longer than 7 days.
7) Allergies or Poisonous plants to pets and small kids may exist on this property, keeping your pets and children safe is your responsibility.
8) NO pet barking to disturb neighbors, and please clean after your pet.
9) Please do not park your car in the garage. Driveway/street parking is available. Parking is available on the right side of the house as well. That space is shared with the neighbor so just park within this house’s territory
only.
10) Please do not flush ANYTHING that’s not toilet paper.
11) Please do not tamper with the vegetable garden.
12) Please do not tamper with storage sheds on the side of the house.
13) Always watch your children if they are around the mirrors in the house

Please be gentle and cautious with the
shower doors and watch your step in the shower and tub.
14) Please provide a name list of all adult guests after you confirm the
reservation. IDs are required before check-in.
15) Will share the correct address and the code of the front door with you
before you arrive.
16) For safety reasons, we set up security cameras OUTSIDE of the house.
Cameras will be recorded during the reservation.
17) We do provide coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. Other groups may leave
unpackaged food on this property, make sure it is safe before using it.
18) Cleaning fee is just for one-time cleaning before your check-in. We do
NOT provide a daily cleaning service.
