Clean budget friendly room in quiet neighborhood
Room was comfortable, bright, and clean. Kitchen and laundry are shared in downstairs common area. Fully equipped . Parking zoned, so need to move car each day, unless a holiday or weekend. So it’s available, but with limitations. Patio is rooftop. Neighborhood is very nice, walking distance to shops and Volunteer park.
