Wifi, hairdryer, and iron with ironing board. Pioneer airconditioner recently added with heating and air conditioning. Ample parking. Outdoor seating. Includes quality linens, bath towels, soaps, shampoos, and beach towels included. This is a great location for professional businessmen and women who are here for extended periods of work, with easy access to Interstate 5 and close to the drug store, groceries, banks, cleaners, eateries, coffee houses, and shopping.

Why they chose this property
Located on a quite cul-de-sac with homes only on one side of street. At end of street is the entry to hiking trails to the Lagoon. My Guest always comment on how quite it is. It is close to everything and is perfect for 2 persons. I have many returning guest because it is clean, quaint, quite and conveniently located.
