My family of 4 stayed here and the location is awesome! It was super easy to find—easy check-in too, and the space is nice and open. There are a few different angles of ocean views from the balcony and the shared pool is only a few steps away. There is a washer, dryer and several updated appliances, along with cookware and dish-ware. This was a great stay! Thank you.

Our family had an awesome time at the ocean view property in Kona. It was in a great location, close to downtown and walking distance to the beach. The pool was refreshing, but should have daily/weekly cleaning. Also, there is no air conditioning.

Quiet neighborhood with beautiful pool. Check in was easy however The apartment gets hot. The fans were not enough on a hot day. the large Patio is much cooler when shaded. Toilet (kid size) / bathroom faucets (no room to put hands under) needs an upgrade.

Nice view of the sea but a bit worn out

The accommodation was very nice and a great base to explore the island. There are 2 beaches which can be reached very quickly. Communication was also good. We especially enjoyed the pool and the huge terrace with the great view of the sea and the sunset. Unfortunately the condition of the apartment is worn. The dishwasher couldn't be used as it was leaking, there was grease residue on the kitchen cupboards, the beds in the children's room were rickety and the paint was coming off the floors on the terrace and by the pool, so you always have it on your feet. A renovation is urgently needed here!

Aloha Natalie, I am so sorry you were not happy the my rental. We strive to make sure each guest has a wonderful time. You did contact me about the dishwasher and I asked if the door was completely closed when you ran it. You state you would check and let me know but yet I heard nothing back from you. Since then I personally went in after you departed to make sure it was in good working order. I couldn't find any leaks. It is brand new so I wanted to make sure it had been installed correctly. The twin beds have metal bed frames and we all know how that works. I apologize if you thought they were rickety. It was a pleasure having you as a guest and hope you will return again so we can make it a more pleasurable visit. Warmest Aloha, Bill
