Aloha and welcome! We’re a family of four from California and part-time residents of this incredible island we’ve loved for over 30 years. Our connection to Kaua‘i runs deep—it’s where we come to surf, snorkel, slow down, and reconnect with what really matters. Over the years, we’ve built a cherished ‘ohana here—a community of friends who’ve become like family and are now part of everything we do, including caring for this home.
Several years ago, while we were on Kaua‘i, our primary home in California was lost in the Woolsey Fire. We had only our suitcase and each other. It was devastating, but it transformed us. We learned to let go, live simply, and find meaning in each day. With time, healing, and our insurance settlement, we were able to turn one of our greatest losses into a new beginning—our dream retirement home in Princeville.
We poured our hearts into restoring and renovating this home with love, intention, and deep gratitude. Now that it’s complete, we feel incredibly lucky to share it with others. Hosting guests is truly one of our greatest joys. Whether you’re here to relax, celebrate, or explore, we want you to feel at home, cared for, and connected to the magic of this island.
Our home isn’t managed by a company—it’s cared for by people we love and trust, many of whom are part of our extended ‘ohana here on Kaua‘i. From our hearts to yours, we want every guest to feel embraced by the spirit of aloha. We understand how much time, energy, and love goes into planning a trip to this island in the middle of the Pacific—and we don’t take that lightly.
