Great location, very spacious

Chase was great to work with. Was nice to have a parking spot on a busy street. Easy 4 block walk to the beach. Very spacious rooms and bathroom. Nice to have a tv in every room and a washer and dryer. Fun to be in the middle of San Juan.

Amazing stay with friends plenty of room very accomodating

The property was amazing very safe but a little confusing to find at first. Me and my friends stayed here for spring break the host was very accommodating and nice and blew up an air mattress for us before we arrived. Plenty of mirrors all around to get ready. All the beds were pretty nice. Grill, fridge and laundry machines work and water is provided for brita. Overall very happy with my stay would stay here again.
