You will never feel crowded with all of the space this single story home provides! Guests will enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area, additional family/TV room, brand new AC, and a 2 car garage converted into a game room with laundry, a beautiful backyard.

The master suite has a king size bed and it's own private master bathroom.

The three other bedrooms all have queen beds including the large second bedroom which has 2 queens and a sliding door that leads to the covered patio.

The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to cook your meals at home. With stainless steel appliances, clean countertops and everything you may need to cook a delicious meal.

When it's time to play games, watch the big game or a movie, the game room is the perfect spot! You will enjoy the large flat screen TV, with streaming services, and plenty of games to choose from.

The location is ideal for guests who feel like exploring Oceanside, visiting our beautiful beaches, going to Legoland, or visiting family members at Camp Pendelton as you are located just a short 6 minute drive to downtown Oceanside.

I have lived in San Diego for over 30 years and want you to absolutely LOVE your stay here! My team and I will be available to answer any questions you have throughout your entire stay. We are very quick to respond should you need anything at all during your stay.

There is a great family park about a 10 min walk or 2 min drive away called Buddy Todd Park. It has basketball hoops, a play structure, large grassy areas with picnic tables, and a path that goes around the park for running, walking, roller skating, etc.

Target, Trader Joe’s, and plenty of shopping are just 5-10 min away. There are great places to order food from - one of our favorite Mexican food places is La Perla Tapatia - it is reasonable and delicious. Our favorite sushi place is Hooked on Sushi on El Camino, but our second favorite is Teri Cafe across from Target.
