Coastal Home Perfect for Large Families and Groups of Friends

Soak up the San Diego sun and enjoy your vacation with all your family and/or friends! We just finished remodeling the house and all the furniture, linens and towels are brand new! We are half way between San Diego and Disneyland and only 15 minutes from Legoland and 10 minutes from the beach and pier. So many fun things to do in Oceanside or stay home and enjoy the hot tub, ping pong table, fire pit, bbq, foose ball table and lots of games and toys for everyone to enjoy! NO PARTIES!!!! STRICT QUIET HOURD from 10pm to 10am or neighbors will call police!

The location was close to many things and downtown Oceanside. The property was clean and well stocked. Very spacious for a large family.

This home was absolutely perfect for our church staff retreat! Plenty of space to eat at the table together and play games. Bedrooms and beds were sufficient and it felt homey. Entry was simple. There was a lot to do and a beautiful park was just a walk up the hill with an ocean view.

Family Celebration of Life

We hosted a small gathering of family and close friends and the open floor plan was perfect. The foosball table was great entertainment for the kids that were there. Awesome spot!

Such a GREAT property! Perfect place to house everyone for my daughter's wedding... plenty of space, rooms, etc. Host was amazing and gave perfect details! I would highly recommend if you're looking for a place for the family to all stay under one roof! 10 out of 10 stars for sure!!

Family Memorial Service

Property is nicely maintained and conveniently located to the San Luis Mission and Eternal Hills Mortuary, which were the two main venues we visited. We will definitely recommend it to family an d friends, and use this property again in the future.

Clean Property - Great Host

This property is extremely spacious, clean and full of amenities. The beds were superb. The only minor hiccup was that we were unable to get the heat and A/C temps balanced between upstairs and downstairs. Other than that, I would stay here again without question.

Convenient & close to home

The home was perfect for my short stay while my house was being fumigated. My dogs and I were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The backyard was nice to relax in and I was able to work from the dining table. Katie was very responsive and helpful with the few questions I had. It was a great experience.

The property was well-maintained, and had everything listed in its amenities. Very clean and spacious. However. host did not disclose street sweeping schedule and three of our cars received $58 citations.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend With Friends

We absolutely loved our time at Katherine’s house. It was clean, fun and spacious with all the amenities. We had zero problems with anyone in the neighborhood. There were plenty of bikes to ride and games to play along with a huge kitchen table that allowed us a wonderful bday family dinner. We could also watch skydivers from the patio as they flew back down to earth. It was beautiful and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the local area. Thanks again for everything, Katherine!

Decent property and we enjoyed our stay. The outside of amenities didn’t live up to the listing.

Overall the property was sufficient. It was clean on the surface, but probably could have used a deep clean. The main disappointment was the outside space. The hot tub was half full and not clean, there were no functional cornhole set and the ping pong was in iffy shape. The redeeming factor was the couch and fire pit which was a nice way to relax with the group. Overall,I would go back again if the outside space was up to par to what was advertised.
