Relax with the whole family at the Waterfront Caloosahatchee Hideaway II ! This CHARMING Farmhouse HOME away from HOME is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Full bathroom, duplex that sleeps 6! Close to Babcock Ranch, Grace River Island Resort, Spring Training Facilities. This home is fully stocked from the kitchen to the linens. The evening sunsets don’t disappoint! We provide fishing poles, paddleboards and kayaks for the adventurous folks. Plenty of blankets, pillows and bedding.

Waterfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Duplex, Sleeps 6 guests! Close to Babcock Ranch, Grace River Island Resort, Celebration Barn, A-line Ranch, and Spring Training Facilities. The Farmhouse decorated living room has a custom Shiplap wall with a 55` TV and an electric fireplace. Make sure you utilize the Keurig Coffee maker and make a fresh cup or a whole pot from the coffee bar. The kitchen offers a table with seating for 4 and a bar with seating for 2. It is fully equipped with all of your needs for baking and cooking. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed and a 50` TV. The Master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a small step to enter. The Second Bedroom has a queen size bed, black out curtains and a 42` TV. The second Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a screened in back porch to sit on and enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning and the canal view. Enjoy your evenings taking a stroll around the neighborhood on the bicycles or taking a cruise down to the river on the kayak and paddleboard. Make sure to cast a line with the fishing poles and tackle provided. If you need live bait, there is a bait shop a short drive away. Cap off the night with a glass of wine and stories around the fire pit. For larger families the unit next door is also available. We can accommodate 12 guests with both units. The River House is Nestled in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. You will enjoy your evening walks and bike rides. The Olga Park offers a playground and basketball hoops that is .5 miles away. The W.P Franklin South Recreation Park is 1.7 miles away and offers a playground and boat ramp. RSW Airport is about 20 miles away. Boston Red Sox Baseball Stadium is 18 miles away. The Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill is a short drive. Downtown Fort Myers is about 12 Miles away. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/ Captiva are about 30 miles away. Grocery, gas stations and restaurants are just a few miles from the River House.
