One of the best views in Gulf Shores and all you have to do is walk in the door. The living room and dining areas are huge with floor to ceiling glass. You can sit in the cool air of this condo and see forever. This beauty has over 1230 square feet for you to roam around in. It is tastefully decorated and also has a very comfortable feel. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The bedrooms are large. and the master with a king size bed is very cozy and has a TV. The other bedroom has Queen and a full size bed, and you still have a lot of room for the kids to play. The balcony has all the room you need to get that great tan. New flooring and carpet has been added, giving a fresh feel to your stay here at Sanibel. There is a stack washer/ dryer in the condo.

You can enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool or the sugar white beaches with beach access and boardwalk across the street. You will enjoy views of the Gulf and Lagoon. Little Lagoon is close behind the condo where you can fish, jet ski, or just watch all the fish swim by. Sanibel is a low density complex with covered parking and close to restaurants, shopping, water parks, golf, and lets not forget Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley! I could talk about this place forever but the best thing is to come see for yourself.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Sanibel 705 condo! Spacious balcony with view of the beach. Very clean and plenty of space for the family. Easy access to beach. We look forward to staying here again.

The property was easily accessible had all the features of home including a guard.

Great view of the ocean. Our beds were comfy. The beach was easy to access and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. Will definitely refer this to others and will most likely stay there again

Great location, great layout.

The Condo building provides generous parking. Spring break week it wasn't fully occupied.

The very professional property management people were careful to provide instructions for getting into the unit. However, when we got to the unit we still had to get maintenance to open the door and the next day a locksmith service was required.

The layout of the unit is perfect for a Gulf view. Overall it's a very comfortable unit. There is parking adjacent for the boardwalk across the street. Beach access was not difficult.

The carpets were very dirty, and a bit smelly. Bathrooms were excellent. Television in the master bedroom needs instructions. We could not get it to operate.

Clean and comfortable with a really nice view

The room was clean; all of the appliances and electronics worked well; the kitchen was stocked with every tool, dish, glass, bowl or utensil you're likely to need; and the view was outstanding. Plus, it's in a pretty good location...far enough away from the 'strip' that it wasn't too crowded, but a quick drive to get back there if want to visit.
