La Casita Solar II
This bungalow offers a terrific location!! The Intracoastal "Edgewater Drive" is a two-block walk from the house..... a wonderfully inspiring way to start the day or end it with a world-famous Gulf Sunset. Pinellas Trail is two blocks from our house (bike/walk/run). Enjoy the environmentally friendly clean energy experience at La Casita Solar II: soft water, solar produced energy, and LED Purified HVAC Air. 10 Minutes from Clearwater Beach!!
The space
Access thru screen door to front porch. Enter thru storm door into the office/sand room (shoe rack is here). Office flows into the living room and 1/2 bath, which connects to the hallway containing the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and full bathroom. Off of this hallway is the kitchen (enjoy the stainless-steel appliances , quartz countertops, and Culligan Water Cooler (cold and hot water---- great for hot tea). Kitchen then flows out onto your private deck, from which you can access the outdoor recreation area with all amenities (grill, pergola, sun chairs, dining table w/ umbrella, etc.....).

You have access to all areas inside/outside of La Casita II.
