Pool and Hot Tub: Enjoy the community's pool and hot tub, open during the primary seasons (Winter and Summer). After a day of skiing or hiking, take a dip or soak your cares away. Hot tub will be open year-round from 10AM to 10PM in summer (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) and 4PM to 10PM during the remainder of the year.

Pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, and from the opening day to the closing day of Park City Mountain Resort. When pool is open, hours will be the same as the hot tub. Pool will be open weather permitting, and may not open if temperature is below 0 degrees Fahrenheit.

Community Grill: Fire up the grill for a delicious barbecue. The community grill is available for anyone in the complex to use, perfect for outdoor gatherings.

Top-Floor Unit: This condo is a top-floor unit, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere with no one above you.

Ultimate Location: Experience the ultimate convenience with easy access to Park City Mountain Ski Resort, just across the street. It's a mere 4-minute walk away, ensuring you're always close to the slopes.

Access to Free Park City Bus System: Reach all the best attractions with ease via the free Park City Bus System. It's your ticket to Main Street Park City for incredible shopping and dining, as well as the other major ski resorts in town, such as Canyons and Deer Valley. The Free Park City Bus picks up just 75 feet away and can take you to Main Street Park City, the Other Major Ski Resorts in the Area Canyons and Deer Valley, and even out to Kimball Junction.

Stair Access: Please note that this top-floor unit requires walking up one-and-a-half flights of stairs, as there is no elevator. It's a small price to pay for the peace and quiet of a top-floor location.

On-Site Laundry: The condo has an on-site laundry room with coin-op machines for you to use during your stay.

Free WIFI: Internet Speed Download: 23.1 Mbps, Upload: 15.4 Mbps. These speeds allow seamless streaming of TV and movies on the smart TVs.
