Good value

We stayed for 5 weeks in summer, 2024. The house is new and everything (other than some internet issues which were resolved) was in good working order. Pros: 1) Much cheaper than Park City 2) Convenient location (drive not more than 20 minutes to anything in the area) 3) Quiet, friendly neighborhood (other than ongoing construction) 4) Comfortable well-equipped kitchen 5) A/C good 6) View -- sort of good (though obstructed by other houses) 7) Comfortable beds, pillow Cons: 1) Construction in neighborhood -- likely to go on for years as they keep adding more townhomes (but quiet after 5 PM) 2) View is obstructed -- what a shame 3) A/C when on main level makes the lower level too cold (need another zone) 4) Insulation between levels is poor -- anyone on lower level (2 guest rooms) hears everything above Overall, though -- good value -- highly recommended -- and thank you to the owners for the nice wine gift.

Thank you for staying with us and for the thoughtful feedback, Bridge! We're glad you enjoyed your five-week stay and found the house comfortable and well-equipped. It’s great to hear you appreciated the quiet neighborhood, convenient location, and our welcoming touches like the wine gift. We also appreciate your understanding of the internet and construction issues, as well as your insights about the A/C and insulation. These points help us improve the guest experience, and we’ll take them into consideration. Overall, we're thrilled you found the home to be a good value, and we'd be happy to host you again in the future!
